An absolute must go for couples. Food is simply amazing and isn't too expensive. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We went to order Karaage, time was a bit slow but it was extremely worth it.There were 2 other couples in the restaurant, the staff noticed this and they adjusted the ambiance and music to suit the event. We loved it.I'm going back to this restaurant another time.

The ramen were delicious! You can order and pay the food from your phone which is pretty cool! I will have to give it four stars tho cause the bowl with the two extras were like 26$

We stumbled on this New Ramen place on the plateau; they are in pre-opening . Quick look at the early reviews suggested a flawless experience …. Had no much expectations; and ended up we an ok experience .We started with the fried Pork Gyoza, but they were quite bland. We tried both the Red Dragon and Spicy Shio; they were tasty but not out of the extraordinary. The Pork included with the soup was ok but the portions were on lower side; we were happy we took the extra. The Service was calm and friendly, all good on this aspect.IMHO there are much better ramen in Montreal. But as they are in their pre-opening, I would not be surprised they adjust.

Went here and tried their vegetarian ramen, it was bit too salty for my taste but the flavour was good. The portion was quite generous also. Also ordered fried chicken, it was not the best one I ever had but pretty good.

Excellent ramen. Red spicy miso for photo context. Will definitely be back.However, if a restaurant is going to take dine-in orders via QR code (you should really reconsider this practice), you need to be reading the order notes and complying or providing context on the request. The music was also far too loud to make for a pleasant experience.

Incredible vegan ramen options, very, very impressed. Never had kale noodles before but wow! So tasty. Great service too.

At ramen Isshin, I ordered the red dragon chilli sauce ramen (red miso soup to which they add a tonkotsu broth and multiple spices). The advertised (on the menu) level of spiciness I found accurate, decent depth of flavors, the chashu of my red dragon bowl was actually good. I did also order the tako wasabi which pungency (from the wasabi) was well judged and the chicken karaage (not bad, not great, just ok). Friendly staff, good ambience. And indeed, one of the better bowls of ramen in Montreal. I will go back and try the vegetarian ramen, of which I heard great things.

Great service and food! Been at 10/30 and no difference at all! Great vegan options!Definitely a must try on your list.
