Joe and the crew have finished up the work on repairing our cedar/bamboo fence. In a word, it looks FANTASTIC!But more importantly, I wanted to share with you how delighted we were with the experience.The guys came in, got to work and did everything that they needed to do without grumbling or suggesting that something was out of scope or the client responsibility. They respected our property and our neighbours property, and were careful about causing as little damage as possible to existing landscaping and lawns. I was picky about how things were being done and the outcomes, and Joe respected my input and never made me feel that my presence was unwelcome. And the guys as a whole were good spirited, conscientious, nice to be around, and had a terrific work ethic.

From start to finish we've had an excellent experience with Jay Fencing. They came around very shortly after emailing for an initial quote and gave a more detailed realistic estimate. They were able to book us in for the work within only a few weeks. The actual fence took just slightly over 2 days to finish which was amazing and created minimal disruption to our lives. I contacted Jay Fencing originally in April 2020 to talk about constructing a deck and a partial fence in our backyard. They immediately scheduled a time for me to meet with a sales person to review the work I needed done and completed estimates. The sales person was prompt in providing the estimates to me by e-mail. At the time, I was interested in seeing quotes from other contractors and I ended up receiving a quote that was a bit more competitive and the other contractor told me he could start a bit earlier than Jay Fencing had indicated. I decided to proceed with the other contract but after several delays, poor communication, not showing up on days we had agreed to meet, etc. I contacted Jay Fencing again on August 12th (Thursday) and asked them to refresh their quotes for me as the other contractor hadn't worked out. I had updated quotes by the following Tuesday. They started the work almost immediately (August 23rd) and by the following week, I had a complete deck! I was so impressed with how fast their crew worked. They were all very kind and professional. They worked diligently all day long. My sales contact communicated with me throughout the process so I always knew when to expect them and they always showed up as planned. My husband and I enjoyed our deck for the very first time before the end of August. I can't express how thrilled I was that Jay Fencing pulled it off so quickly. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a contractor that will be consistent, honest, and follow-through on what they promise. My estimator from Jay Fencing was Dave Dey. We needed cages to be built around our AC pads and Jay Fencing did an amazing job with them. Dave and his team worked with us to coordinate the installation with the heating contractor. He showed up the day of the install to discuss location of all posts with the heating company and to coordinate all tasks with all the involved parties. We are very pleased with their work.

We hired Jay Fencing to remove an original, waist-high fence and replace it with a tall modern one to keep our big dog in. They did such an amazing job that we hired them again immediately afterwards to build a custom deck on a very slanted backyard. We get questions and compliments from neighbors on a regular basis, and would absolutely hire them again if we had another project.
