I spent $459 for a detailingI’m pretty disappointed…The service was good, but the job ridiculous for $459…I can do even better by myself…Anyway definitely not happy…Not recommended.

I used VitroPlus to replace my windshield. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The staff were kind, polite and professional. I was also impressed with how fast the replacement was. The windshield looks great and I would recommend VitroPlus!

I got a car detailing done, basic inside wash and shampoo and outside wash for 260$ with taxes. I really wanted to love the job they did but unfortunately for that amount of money I was disapointed in the lack of attention to details, I keep finding unwashed or half washes areas etc. as well as we are 9 hours after my car was ready for pick up but the carpets, floors and seats are still wet.I gave them 3 stars because they were easy to deal with, they cleaned my car and the seats look better.*Update: I originally gave them 3 stars for the reasons listed above but we are now 3 days later and Im still having to have my windows open so the seats and carpets will dry, this tells me that they definitely did not suck up enough water when shampooing and this could cause a pretty terrible smell, Im super disapointed in the service.

Fast, polite and efficient they even washed my car ,without me asking. Good place to fix remotes, windshields and other problems.

Guys, don't check other places if you need timely, high-quality and professional services. Vitroplus is the best! Very courteous reps along with great garage professionals leave no other but great impression.

I went through insurance to replace my windshield And the person who changed it told me while removing my windshield cowl trim, the clips broke, then proceeded to charge me 9.20$ for the glue he used. Now my trim clips are broken, and it is not flushed with the windshield WITH A GAP BETWEEN IT AND the WINDSHIELD Such a bad job, it’s deceiving to bring your car to fix one issue and to receive it with something else they broke which is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE CARFUL WITH THE TRIM WHEN REMOVING IT. You are a glass shop and professionals therefore should be aware of how fragile plastic trims are. What I received is some unprofessional DIY to glue the trim that isn’t even placed correctly and not flushed with the windshield. Dirt and debris will get to my wiper system or cabin air filter. A cowl is made to protect the windshield and the hood. What I received lacks safety. Now I’m going back in forth with my insurance complaining about that since last Thursday. Worst is the guy told me ohh it’s a 2012 BMW, an old car and trims tend to break, it doesn’t matter new or old. The trim was not broken before you put your hands on it. Therefore I expected a better service. Very deceiving!!
