Mrs. Fields Cookies Canada

On Wed, Feb 8, 2022, a package of Mrs. Fields cookies was delivered to my daughter. Unfortunately, when she opened her apartment door, she found only an open, empty box. Someone, we assume, had opened the delivery box, taken the cookies out, and left the open delivery box at her door. I phoned and emailed Mrs. Fields to let them know what happened. I received an email shortly after from John Noble at Mrs. Fields. He said he would look into it, and minutes later, he requested that another box be shipped to her. This was all after hours, mind you. I want to thank John and Mrs. Fields for the excellent customer service. They turned an unfortunate situation into an opportunity to spotlight their excellent customer care.

Wow, the prezels were amazing! Opening day was the day of my visit. The staff handled the unexpected flood of customers on their first day open with grace. The 5 of them worked as a team. I unfortunately did not catch anyone of the staff names but I would like to shout out the young lady working the cash register. She handled 2 extremely rude customers in a row very well. And to the woman managing everything, you did a great job. I will definitely be back to support a locally owned business!
