Despite the short timeline, he managed to provide me with a spectacular floral arrangement upon which I've receive numerous compliments. He even followed up to make sure that I was happy. My Mother's Day bouquet from my son via Sam, came looking very sad and less than stellar. I contacted Sam as I was not happy with what arrived. He apologized and immediately sent me a new bouquet which is quite stunning and very beautiful. I can only imagine besides Valentine's Day, Mother's Day is possibly one of the busiest days for florists so my first bouquet may have gone out less than par because they were overwhelmed.
