Sunnyside Outdoor Pool
Dissapointing. The new poetical allowing ONLY 20 people in Per swim session is very misleading. Per their instructions makes you think you can sign up before each Session...NOT SO....there is ONLY one sign up first thing in the morning.This is NOT how the explain it will happen on the website and entirely not fair.Sure hope they sort it out for next year so the same people don't monopolize the swim times every single day and give others a chance to use the facility as well.

Very basic facility that hasn't seen an upgrade since it opened many years ago. Change rooms don't event have a bench or chair to place ones belongings. It appears that city spends yne absolute minimum on this facility - and it shows.

The pool was very nice but the showers and sinks could use some replacement immediately. The kids enjoyed it and great surrounding area. To bad there wasn't more picnic tables

Good free facility for outdoor swimming in the hotter summer days. Change rooms could use some updating as it is very minimalist in amenities. Parking here is ample with the exception on days when there are baseball games being held on the adjacent fields.

Wonderful Setting, park picnic areas, baseball diamonds, as well as pool.Ideal setting for family activityMaybe inc of swimmers from 20 to 30 wud be helpful. Very conservative No. ( 100 pre pandemic)

Pool is closed for the season :(Will reopen in May. Best free pool in the city. Great location by ball diamonds, tennis courts and two playgrounds. Great for a quick dip on a hot day, suntanning or group events (birthdays, etc). Food trucks frequent this location during the summer as well.

Took my little girl here, staff are friendly and had the whole pool to ourselves. Water was warm deapite cooler than normal seasonal temps.

Sunnyside Outdoor Pool
I love swimming here everyday in the summer; I’m so grateful and happy to discover this place and that it is free. My body felt so loose and relaxed more than ever before after swimming that often when it was open in the summer. It is such a lovely place to go swimming; a serene atmosphere in a beautiful park. There are lifeguards and showers as well.

Sunnyside Outdoor Pool
My kids have been taking swimming lessons from this location almost every summer for the last few years. I find the instructors here are always extremely friendly and they give great advice. There are plenty of parking space very close to the pool. The pool itself is basic but it's heated so it's nice on colder days.
