I find the staff handle the bread so much that the bun is thinner than flatbread by the time you get it. Probably poor training by the management. They would never put this sub they just made on an ad.Oh and their how did we do survey doesn’t allow people with dashes in the email domain name to fill out the survey. Lame

Didn’t have 2 types of bread. Even though I saw them literally on the top shelf (they could’ve told me to wait 5 minutes for them to cool but I can only imagine they were scared of a negative reaction)The bread that I did get was half the size they usually are (maybe undercooked, maybe bad batch) and the person gave no warning on acknowledgment that I’d be getting the hobbits version of bread. when I got the toppings put on the I saw the person fighting for their life just to fold it over.Honestly total flop, find a different subway if you want a filling meal.

I try to leave positive reviews only unless I come across something egregious. Such as last FRIDAY NIGHT when during the busy dinner hours there was only a solitary employee working. Taking in person orders as well as the mobile /uber eats type orders... phones etc. Firstly isn't this illegal to staff only one person for safety reasons? Also I can say this is definitely affecting service standards and customer satisfaction. I remarked to the staff member, as did the two customers behind me. This location is on 17th ave - two staff should be the minimum. If you visit this location, take a peep inside to see if they have acceptable staff levels. Skip it if there is only one due to the management being too miserly. Maybe they'll learn to be fair to their staff.

This subway is your typical subway. Nothing special nothing bad. I’d like to see some new toppings, and a compost bin. The only new topping in 20 years is spinach, I can’t believe it. Visit freshi next door for something more current.

One of the worst food and service i received yesterday. I ordered 3 6 inches veggie patties sub. The girl misunderstood me and charged($15.61) me for veggie sub. later on i kindly asked her to if she want me to pay for veggie patties sub so she charged me $13.70. I was in hurry so i didn't think about it but now i got to know that i actually paid around $29 for 3 6 inches vaggie patty sub. she didn't even tell me about it. worst service ever i have gotten.

I ordered two footlong sandwiches, for some reason the total came to just over $30. I’ve order this exact order at other locations and it has never been that much. Secondly, the subs were actually disgusting. They had some sort of spice on them ( tasted like cumin or chilli powder), this flavour was on both subs that were completely different ( a turkey sub, and a pizziola sub). It was just really disappointing I suggest going to a different location if you are craving subway.

Horrible, just awful. first the service was poor and they had no lettuces so i said just put nothing but they put spinach on without my consent. if zero stars was possible I would do it.

Inside is clean. But cleanliness in the washroom makes you return all the food. I really want the staff to check the cleanliness of the washroom more often!
