The staff here are so rude. They yell at patients rather than talking calmly. The place is so dirty. The floors and washrooms are not cleaned daily. Pretty disgusting for a doctors officeThis is my family doctors office. They also serve as a walk-in clinic. I will be seeking a new doctor after 30 years as this place treats people like trash.

I spent an hour looking for a walk in clinic in Brampton. After being turned away by multiple, I called and was able to book an appointment online. Once I got to the clinic the receptionists were amazing and helpful. The doctor was even better.

My family and I have been going to this clinic for many years and we have overall had pleasant experiences. All of the doctors are very knowledgeable and personable. The online sign in system is effective, convenient and easy to use. The pharmacy staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend going to this clinic!

Great clinic. Staff seem to be very very busy but most are still professional and pleasant.My doctor (Ahmad) is friendly but professional.All the haters with poor reviews are a bunch of entitled people who think they can jump to the front of the line whenever they deal with the clinic.You will only be treated the way you treat other people (staff).So get off your high horses and be nice.

Excellent doctors who really care & take the time to treat my entire family. The pharmacy team is also excellent and very knowledgeable. The online booking tool is solid and prevents long waits that we used to experience. Opportunities to get better are extending the times back till afternoons without compromising current system. Also receptionists needs to be stronger on the referral/results front. Often referrals never happen and or results are late.

I want to give the rating below 1 star because their service is down of thatThey don’t take the next day appointment for anyone and i have my 4 month son need vaccinations and he sit for 1.5 hour their in the waiting room and they called their name in the loudness of the waiting room which very hard to listen and when i went to the reception the lady over their is so rude and said you missed your lot and now book the other appointment online and wait next 2 hour again.Is this kind of service we deserve from this medical unit.Please owners come forward and fix your problems and teach something about your staff how to talk with their patients as they are your customers.

Good afternoon,It is stated to inform you about the recent medical negligence that occurred me at Pulse urgent care centre located at (11755 Bramalea Rd unit 4, Brampton, ON L6R 3S9). Last week i visit this clinic as i had some pain in my ear which got worse with time. Dr. KANNAN KRISHNA on duty at that time and instead of carrying out a detailed analysis of my ear, he simply had a glance at the ear and directed me to take over the counter pain killer to lower the pain and advised me put few drops of oil everyday and it'll get better.However, the doctor was very unprofessional, and unethical. I was in intense pain at that time but doctor didn't listened to my concern and comes to the conclusion. Time taken by doctor to see me as a patient was under 30 seconds after i waited 2 hours in the clinic to get my turn to see the doctor.Hence i want you to look deep into this matter and check the expertise of that doctor so that such negligence is not repeated with other patients.

I wish I could give cero stars! I went in shortly after five on a Saturday to find out the clinic was closed, without any doctors, even though the closing time on the website stated the place was closing at six in the evening. I could not voice my frustration, I was in pain. People go to walk-in clinics for medical reasons, not for fun, so employees need to respect service hours. No wonder Why the ER rooms in our hospitals are so overcrowded! Experiences like mine need to be reported. Health care professionals need to adhere to their hours, we don't know when patients will need them. I deeply respect and admire our Health Care professionals for the sacrifices they make and the hours they work, however If a professional (let me call it this way) is unable to provide a proper service, he or she needs to be replaced or re-assigned. Leaving early" from work could be a matter of life or death for a patient. I will never go back to this place."
