these guys are great. they were great to deal with 12 years ago when I reno-ed the house. the windows have held up well in Nelson winters. No problems. recently when I needed a new winder handle they sent it to me free.

Our windows were damaged we think after installation. We had to wait quite awhile for the repairs to be done and that happened today. Brian and his partner came to replace the sliding glass doors and repair the screens and slider support. They did a very good job and were courteous and conscientious about their work. We were impressed. Thank you to Brian!

It’s been a pleasure dealing with Lance Molzhan at the Kelowna branch of Starline Windows. He is very knowledgable and always responded to all of our questions. As well he was very helpful, patient and thorough, during the selection process. We would gladly recommend Lance to anyone building a new home.J & A KonradKelowna BC

Service department is the most painful experience I have ever had. Barely understandable, Hung up on twice, Doesnt know their own product. What a waste of time. I would never buy from Starline because they, apparently, have zero support.

Absolutely abhorrent behaviour from management. Almost all the windows in my home failed. Many failed within 2 years but now most of the rest have failed (outside of their warranty). When my husband complained to the owner, the Kelowna manager responded (not the owner) and was rude and belligerent to my husband. Rutland Glass has been doing their repairs because they refuse to repair their own work but there are over 400 folks waiting (many of whom are owners of star line windows). DO NOT EVER use this company. Their products are garbage, their management is inept, incompetent and unkind. In my opinion, the WORST window company in Canada. Shame on them!

Having installed windows from various manufacturers in southern B.C. for the last 31 years, and Starline Windows now for over the last 5 1/2 years on my projects, I found that their windows and local service are superior to the other foreign mfg'd companies. It is nice to deal with a great 50 years going strong company that manufactures in BC Canada, and hasn't ever had to change their name. I can say that the components in the Starline product are a cut above the competition, and the staff are very helpful and quite nice too! I am happy to say I installed Starline windows in my home. Five and a half stars!

I would like to share the excellent service we received when we had an issue with our multi point locking system. Once contacted starline was prompt and efficient at fixing the issue even when the builder and home warranty refused. Suppliers back their products when builders won't. Thankyou starline

Very good experience with their product service. My sliding glass door didn't close properly. I was trying to find out a way to fix it myself but gave it up in the end.Reached out to my house's builder and I was provided with Starline Windows' phone number as builder's warranty expired already.Looking at reviews on this company on Google Map I was worried about their services, and I was prepared for some headaches and perhaps hiring someone else for the repair at a hefty cost.Once They checked their records and told me that the warranty expired already and informed me about their normal service charges. However once they viewed the pictures showing the problems, they affirmatively that they would not charge me because it was going to be an easy fix.So a visit was booked and two gentlemen arrived on time.It was indeed an easy fix however only if you had the knowledge, and they did not charge me even though they came to my house to do the repair. It was exceptionally good experience that I only had occupationally enjoyed in the past. One of the two gentlemen's name is Juan and I'm sorry for not remembering the other gentleman's name.My appreciations!

If you want a good product and good product support look elsewhere, Starline windows and doors are not fit for the Okanagan colder days. Our doors leak air and ice forms outside the frames. Cheap quality and they don't stand by their products.

Poor quality. Refuse to warranty defective product. Builder and window manufacturer both accuse the other of causing the problem. Brand new windows have holes drilled through the casing that allows water to leak into our wall instead of out of the window drains.
