I need to operate a boom lift for an upcoming mural project so I wanted to take a training course to be safe & prepared for working at such great heights. The team at Reliable were prompt and helpful with getting me registered, offering several date options that would work with my schedule. Kevin was our group’s instructor and he made learning everything we needed to know fun and easy but also thorough, leaving me confident enough to go out and operate a boom or scissor lift safely and properly. Bonus to this training is that if you feel like coming back for a bit more practice on the machines, you can at no extra charge - just call them! I really recommend including the Fall Protection course in your trainings, regardless of whether it’s a requisite for the work you do - a lot of people make dangerous mistakes on work sites, and this training shows you how to avoid a myriad of catastrophes. I got it all done in one day, got my ticket, and now I’m ready to operate these big boy machines like a pro!

Did my forklift training with Andrew - he's thorough, heavy on safety, yet keeps the day light and easy to understand. Like myself, Andrew is a hands-on learner and I liked that he focused equally on the literature and the practice. I left feeling confident in my training, yet they offer practice time at your convenience. As a female, I felt welcomed, accommodated, and taken seriously - and I appreciate that a lot. I will be coming back for any/all training needed. Thank you Andrew!!

I highly recommend this place for your training. We needed the upgrade as our tickets had expired and we were able to get into a class the following day. The instructor Phillip was really great!! His energy made me pay attention and the classes went by really quickly.

I became a certified forklift operator today, and aerial boom and scissor lift operator last week, and both courses were very good! Instructors Phillip, Rick, and Andrew and staff are very kind, polite, and friendly, and the place is extremely clean. I was the only woman in both courses and I felt very comfortable. Just wanted to say thanks to reliable and the instructor Phillip he had really good energy spoke clearly and didnt leave nothing out very knowledgeable about safety i would recommend Reliable training courses to everyone thankyou again

I recently took all five courses, including boom lift, scissor lift, fall protection and then forklift, and telehandler. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure everyone in the class felt comfortable and confident with the Equipment. The classes were were split between a in class presentation and a knowledge test on the equipment.Having the practical experience on the equipment was great, it definitely made me feel comfortable operating the equipment on my own. The staff was able to answer all the questions and took the time to make sure everyone was confident operating everything before we finished.I spent a total of two days there taking the two combined classes including one day with fall protection then the boom and scissor lift. And the second day was the forklift and telehandeler.I'm happy to report that I passed all of my exams, and I feel confident operating these machines. I'll definitely be back in three years when my licenses need to be renewed. Overall, I highly recommend Reliable Training!

Went for fall protection and scissor lift certification here. Our instructor Andrew was great, he made sure we got all of the info and training we needed but without wasting any time. I'd recommend this place if you want to go get your certifications taken care of as efficiently as possible.
