We have used them twice and both times Paragon was great. Friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely use them again.

10 years ago I had Paragon replace my original gas waterheater (located out in the garage which is not recommended) and I was extremely happy with their work. Recently I noticed the water heater had a slow drip from the bottom and decided its time to replace it again. I did call two or three other companies but stuck with Paragon thankfully! They came out within two days and had it changed out within three hours. Nobody else came close in price, and nobody can beat their performance and quality and that includes the front office! Thank you Paragon!!

Scott was great. He did an outstanding job setting up our system. He was on time and communicated well. Definitely have a new go to for HVAC needs.

We had our heater stop working over a weekend and couldn't get anyone out. We called the team at Paragon Heating on Monday morning and they were very responsive and were able to come out same day. Scott, one of their techs, has been servicing our furnace for over a decade. Great guy! He’s thorough, informative and clean. Has never tried to bilk unnecessary work out of me. He’s actually given me cheap self remedies for the small stuff and yet will fully services our furnace and duct work for the best results. The company as a whole has always been on time, reasonably priced and available. Trevor is new and is following in the footsteps of Scott. Great techs! Highly recommend this company!

Have used these guys for repair, maintenance, install, etc for furnace and AC. Quality professional work. Show up when they say they will and get the job done right at a fair price. Been a repeat customer for almost 5 years and never felt the need to look anywhere else.

Whenever I can I like to do business with family owned local business. I got two quotes to replace my 18 year old Lennox gas furnace. One from Paragon the other from a HVAC company that advertises on TV. Scott from Paragon initially came out to look at the Lennox that was having issues of misfiring and cutting out. The repair would require a new logic board to solve the problem. Given it was 18 years old I asked Scott to quote a new energy efficient replacement. I got the quote the following day via email with two options 1, 2 stage and 1, variable speed.. The other company came out and offered 3 options all two stage furnaces 2 of which were energy efficient. Scott came back the following day and talked to my wife and me about the differences between the two options, how the venting would be run, and how long the project would take and date and time for install. Scott was very professional and a good listening. We agreed on the variable stage model. A Coleman which has a 10 year parts and labor warranty and an additional 30 years warranty on the heat exchangers. The warranty is also transferable. Scott and Trevor turned up on time the day of install and the the project completed in about 6 hours. Which included making some small changes to the existing AC unit so they would be better integrated. The furnace has made such a difference. It is so quite you have no idea its running and we have no cold zones between rooms anymore. Paragon was several thousand $ less than the other HVAC company. So their catchphrase there not beating CM Heating is not quite accurate!
