We had Doug come in and refinish our hardwood floors as well as extend the floor into the kitchen and hallways. The result was sensational, it was absolutely worth the money as Doug’s manner, work ethic and quality are all exceptional. A master of his art. Wayne Sandover and son were extremely professional, extremely talented, and made our old 1960’s wooden floor look like it was installed yesterday! Despite running into problems during the job, namely a leaking fridge freezer, a leaking dishwasher, and damp and warped floor planks, Wayne very patiently allowed us to fix these issues, dry the floor out and replaced the damaged planks. Not only is Wayne a master of refinishing floors - he has done this for50 years - he is also a master of kung fu as well!! He has a very calming presence and is very humble considering his level of experience. He and his son were absolutely excellent, honest and very nice to work with. Thank you Wayne and son. I can not recommend your services more.

My first experience with Sandover Floors was when I had them come to sand and refinish my manufactured hardwood floors at my dance school. Last week they sanded, stained and refinished our solid wood floors at our home which had been damaged in several places by water and pet accidents. We changed the color entirely too. We hired Wayne Sandover and his son to refinish the hardwood flooring in our 1960's North Vancouver home in late 2019. Overall we were very impressed by the results and have had many compliments on our refinished flooring. Wayne is truly an expert in the trade and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend him to anyone else. In fact, we'll be using him again to refinish our upstairs flooring in the next couple weeks.
