We enjoyed our experience with Eurodale so much the first time (Forest Hill Ravine Rejig - 2015) that we came back to them in 2017 when we wanted to reimagine our backyard. Once again, the team did an outstanding job in bringing our vision to life. See pictures below.What sets Eurodale apart is the process (our lead carpenter Chris was truly an artist), the people (the Brendan and Jim combo just plain works), and the quality (we’ve used others and can say their work stands the test of time and the team fully stands behind it). You can absolutely find less expensive options out there, but with Eurodale you truly get what you pay for. They will absolutely be invited back when we mobilize on stage 3!

A renovation does not come without its difficulties and unexpected surprises. However, the experience with Eurodale, their professionalism, their expertise and attention to detail, surpassed our expectations and made the above statement a very distant memory. Their staff are amazing and take great pride and care in the work that they do. The guidance we received to change a layout, created more useable space and we are in awe of the result. Weekly updates on progress made and what is coming up for the following week is a bonus! Thank you for making my home beautiful.

This is the second project we worked on with Eurodale. The first was 15 years ago when they restored the front porch of our semi-detached home in Riverdale. The, we were very happy with their service and the results they achieved and the work they did on our recent renovation project has left us just as pleased. The recent project involved the removal of supporting walls and the replacement of the floor throughout the house. As before, we found Eurodale to be very transparent in their pricing and alert to all our budget and scheduling concerns. They were professional from the start, and true to their commitments. Their staff were talented and cared about their work, as were the sub-trades who worked on the project. The lead carpenter on our project, John, did an outstanding job, our project manager Clement kept us on track and fielded our many questions with grace and Jim and Brendan, the owners of Eurodale, were always accessible, guided us when there were difficult choices and were immediately responsive to any concerns we raised. Our neighbours noticed and commented both on the care that the Eurodale team demonstrated for the project and on their efforts to minimize its impact on them. We loved the result of Eurodale’s work. It surpassed our expectations. We would work with them again, without hesitation, and highly recommend them.

Our family engaged Eurodale in the fall of 2020 for an extensive 12+ month renovation project that was completed in early 2022. The experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The entire team we worked with were service-orientated, professional and supportive as we fully gutted, dug-out and extended an original 1920’s midtown-Toronto home to make it more livable and modern for our family .We would not hesitate to work with Eurodale again in the future or refer them to anyone undergoing a similar project. We are beyond thrilled with our newly renovated home and while there were certainly many challenges building during COVID, we felt confident with the team we selected and trusted them fully to help us navigate the constantly changing landscape. I’ve worked with three different contractors over the past two years and I can say without a doubt that Eurodale are head and shoulders above anyone else out there! They are on-time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They are able to offer advice and creative solutions to make a vision come to life and their prowess in navigating the red tape and technical details that come with a renovation or building project takes the stress level way down. Brendan and Jim and their team are masters of their trade and deliver top quality results. They took the time to walk me through the details of the project and worked to effectively build my trust, which they will have forevermore. Our full basement renovation turned out better than we could have imagined thanks to them, and we now have a fully legal rental suite earning almost double what we were before the reno. We have worked with Eurodale on multiple occasions, as they have renovated suites in a few our rental properties. Working with Eurodale was a pleasure, they were very professional and walked us though the entire process from start to finish. Along with listening to our needs and purpose for the space, they were able to offer their professional opinion and suggested some great ideas to improve the flow and functionality of the suites, resulting in substantially improved rental rates. They completed work in a timely fashion, with exceptional quality. With the ability to handle high level design, permit approvals and construction under one umbrella, it makes the process much easier for us. Eurodale Developments recently completed a year-long renovation of our Toronto home. The project was a massive undertaking (to preserve a family home while updating and modernizing it), and it was handled with great care and vision from start to finish. When challenges and surprises presented themselves (as they always do!), the entire Eurodale team went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully informed of our best options and helped us make educated choices. We always felt we were in good hands, and we knew that the quality of the work was something they would stake their reputations on. It shows in the final product. Perhaps most importantly, they finished the job with no threads left dangling. And, when we ran into an issue with another sub-contractor, the Eurodale team took it upon themselves to get it sorted out for us, even though they had no obligation to do so. They were always professional. Always available. And always transparent. They have integrity. They pay attention to the details. And they take great pride in the final product. We are over the moon with our home, and we're looking forward to working with them again on any future projects. It was true pleasure.

To date - it has been unfortunate that there have been so few opportunities to provide positive feedback for product/services received. This is NOT the case, however, with our 10 month home renovation project (gut/reno) planned and executed by Eurodale Developments. Professional and on time with quality workmanship by all subcontractors on the jobsite. Proactive and positive attention to details including safety, neighbourly relations, and communication. A good news home reno story - they do exist.
