This place is awesome! I take my cat here to get his nails trimmed and they never make me wait and take him in as fast as they can. Plus, they're always super nice and didn't even charge me for trimming his bottom one time. Thank you for your great service!

Today was my first time coming here and the service was great! I brought my young puppy for a nail trim and the staff only charged me for a cat since my pup is so small. Very friendly and professional!

I’d like to say thank you to Nathalie, Chloé and the staff for the excellent service. My cat needed to get shaved for the first time ever, and I have to say they went above and above with the grooming by clipping his nails, cleaning his ears, and with a treat at the end.I highly recommend them….they are professionals. Thank you!

I have been a regular customer of Pitous Adorables since before the change in ownership. I have brought my two small dogs to them for grooming on a regular basis. I was always on time, and I always tipped well, even when my dogs came home with cuts and bloody nails caused by inferior grooming techniques. I appreciate and support small businesses. I have never left a negative review of anyone’s business.This morning I was late. I was 15 minutes late. I am a widow and I live alone. I had a very difficult time getting the dogs ready. They get very excited and are hard to manage. I was glad to see they had stocked their store for Christmas. I thought I would stay and shop for a minute.When I finally got my dogs safely inside, Chloe, one of the owners, walked up to me and immediately said in a very unpleasant and accusatory tone that I was 15 minutes late. She said she would appreciate it if I could come on time. They were fully booked. The technician said she was ready to call someone else for my appointment. I asked Chloe who she was, and was surprised to hear her inform me proudly that she was one of the owners, since after my many visits to the shop I had never seen her.When I got to my car, I felt really bad. I decided that I could not support a small business whose owner would greet a long term customer meanly like that. I went back in to collect my dogs, and I told them I did not appreciate the way they spoke to me. They defended themselves by telling me they were a business and good luck finding a groomer who would accept me on my own time.I was standing still just inside the inner door waiting for my dogs when the technician pushed me and told me to “GET THE F*** OUT!.” I left, and took my dogs and my money with me.They should be ashamed, but that is certainly asking too much. From now on, I will use a mobile groomer in the safety of my home.Don’t bring your animals anywhere near these people!

The owners are absolutely the best people you will encounter. The love they have for animals is extraordinary and they are a blessing to have such and amazing business in Embrun!

I have never had a good experience at this place. These people are rude and disrespectful even though my family has been a customer of theirs for years. They have never listened to any of our requests in how we would like our dogs groomed. They have cut our dogs several times to the point that our dog had to go to the vet due to infected cuts and their paws bloodied. They have called us twice to come get our dogs half way through the appointment, (once because the owner was involved in a fender bender). This morning was the last straw the technician screamed at my mom telling her to get the F out of the store and went as far as to physically push my mom while the owner (Chloe) stood and watched!!! I have never been so upset over bad service in my life. This is unacceptable behaviour. We have been loyal customers and have always tipped well and my mom did not deserve this treatment. We will NEVER return there and I suggest you take your pets somewhere else. And to the owners: I hope you are ashamed of yourself, how dare you treat another person like that. I am disgusted.

Ownership is horrible and rude, I was charged 20 $ extra because my small dog was hard to handle" when no other groomer has ever charged me that. I received attitude for no reason and witnessed bad treatment to their own employees. I recommend to stay away from this placeOh and I got blackmailed by the owners for posting this."
