This service is a lifesaver! Amazing customer service from the HO and for the technician that showed up. The pricing was transparent and honest. I only had to wait for about 20 mins for service and other companies had quoted egregious pricing with ETA of 2 hours or more on when I could receive service. Boost Buddy really helped me get on with my day and I didn't feel like I was being held hostage and taken advantage of because I was in a vulnerable position.

My car wouldn't start, I called AMA and was advised based on service requests I should try elsewhere if possible. I booked boost buddy online, and the driver was close by and was there in minutes. He was very friendly and professional, waiting until I had pulled out and was driving away before leaving. A terrific experience.

Just like a Christmas miracle! I had to take my daughter to an event she had been excited about forever but when I went to get the car, the battery wouldn't give us the juice. AMA's automatic line said they couldn't respond for at least 61 hours! One sad kid at home! But Boost Buddy had one of their drivers, by coincidence, coming by our neighbourhood and was over in under 20 minutes! Friendly service as well as super fast, happy daughter. And the price was just fine!

Super friendly, super quick, in 25 minutes I was back on the road. If I ever need a boost again I will not hesitate to reach out!

What a life saver! First time we ever had issues starting our vehicle after -35 overnight.Boost buddy tech showed up within about half an hour, gave us a boost getting the car started, and gave us a tip on fuel antifreeze which may have been part of the issue as our vehicle had been sitting unused for several weeks. Friendly, helpful service - would highly recommend.

Car wouldn’t turn over for us. Asked a few neighbours to help but they were t very neighbourly. Started calling around and costs were a little high and wait times for 3 plus hours.Came across Boost Buddy. Husband called about cost and how to. Cost was very reasonable and we could pay by e transfer . From start to finish of calling them, us sending payment and having a guy out to boost our car was a total of 30 minutes. Couldn’t ask for faster service especially with it being a holidayWill be using you guys again - if needed. But hopefully not any time soon.

I called boost Buddy Christmas Day my car would not turn over . I called ama they told me 38 hour wait time. I called boost Buddy they came out in 30 minutes car started right away. Very impressed with the service would recommend to family and friends.

The block heater in my car is shot so I don't have the option to plug in when it gets really cold. That being said I've never had any issues starting it even when it gets down to -30 or colder... Well that was until the crazy cold snap we had here in Edmonton a could of months ago when it was in the -40s. Car wouldn't start no matter what I did. The wait time for AMA was something like 38 hours. Even the cab companies were quoting 2+ hr wait times. Started googling. Came across boost buddy. Technician was there in about 30 mins and got my car started and was good to go. They were also super quick to respond when I said I needed an invoice from them to get a reimbursement from AMA (which was just recently approved btw - good to know for anyone that has AMA and doesn't want to wait their insane wait times. Reimbursement covered 100% of the cost to use boost buddy's services).

What a Life Saver!I called for a boost for the following morning knowing my cars wouldn’t start the next day without a boost. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and even let me stay inside while he tried to boost my one car. That car battery unfortunately has reached its end but he didn’t even hesitate to come around and boost my other car which turned over right away! Thank you so much for such amazing service I couldn’t have got anything done today without your help!
