I was looking for a place to get a design printed on some hoodies I ordered. I walked in to Great West Graphics and Rosie was of great help, she listened to all the details I gave as to how I’d like the hoodies done, professional and on time! Shout out to Rosie and The GW Graphics team!

was there in 2019 went back 2023 prices increases 600 % and manager, Rosie, was very abrupt, in fact hung up on me as I tried to negotiate a price.. very disappointed. also in 2019 I had a full order with wrong prints on them . they did fix at the time but overall I lost hundreds on that order as well. I do not recommend them.

I needed over 4,000 orange t-shirts made up and I searched everywhere. Rosie came in with the best pricing AND the best Customer Service. She was on-the-ball and on top of the entire process from start to finish. (including the 20 various shipping locations). I have no hesitations in using Great West Graphics (especially Rosie) again. Great West Graphics
I had to place a rush order for work and I was concerned with the time frame we had. Rosie was extremely helpful and reassured me not to worry they will take care of everything so I need not worry. Even though there were supply chain issues, she managed to secure enough t-shirts in the right colour in order to fill our order of over 300pcs. We received the completed order in record time and their prices were excellent! Great customer service and we are very pleased with the printing quality on the final product. I would highly recommend Great West to anyone!

I had a great experience with the last-minute rush order for only two days for a bachelor party. Rosie and her team helped me with excellent customer service and were very patient with all the requested changes. Fair price and a great final product on time. Very happy with the service they provided. Now I have a go-to place for custom embroidery and screen printing.

Great West Graphics is awesome! I had to make a special t-shirt for my grandson's birthday. I sent off the graphic to Great West and they completed the task in one day! From start to finish, the process was painless. And the t-shirt turned out to be a big hit with my grandson.

This company is great! Sam was wonderful to work with. She helped me with my custom design and she was very helpful when I needed to make a modification to my order. They went above and beyond to get my order done quickly. The yellow hoodies looked awesome and everyone loved them. Nice job, Great West Graphics! I will definitely return as a customer if I need this product and service again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!If you need a rush order this is the place to go!!I contacted them on Thursday and I got my order on Wednesday!The customer service I received from Ember was over the top, she and the whole team are very professional.
