Donovan, Reliance's Electrician did excellent work upgrading my electrical panel from fuse type to breakers. He was polite, courteous and left the work area cleaner than it was before he arrived. As you can see from the pictures, his work it top notch and extremely neat. Highly recommend him and Reliance!

The Reliance technicians replaced the electric lighting system in my garage. They provided exceptional service and demonstrated true professionalism. Competent, efficient technicians. Had repair done on exterior water line from hose after noticed leak in basement. Technician was phenomenal and very knowledgeable! Only thing that could of been better was first appointment available was 3 days from intial call.

Dave and Maverick from Comfort Tech Heating and Cooling installed my tankless water heater. They called before they came and were very professional and courteous . They were on time and did an excellent job. Maverick was very neat and meticulous with the installation. Dave is very fortunate to have an employee like Maverick. I would 100% have Dave from Comfort Tech Heating and Cooling do work for me again. Today I had a Reliance HVAC expert come to my home to fix an ongoing AC issue. I rarely leave reviews, but for David, I will make the exception. He called me in the AM & asked if I would be home so that he could fix the ongoing issue with our AC. He showed up right on time, worked diligently & he knew what he was doing. An absolute perfectionist which is rare these days. He went the extra mile to unsure EVERYTHING was working as it should before he left. You know when someone takes pride in their work. He was very thorough, cleaned up & was kind and courteous and respectful. I would not hesitate to have David & Steve come back for any service call. Well done Reliance. With David, You have a great professional representing your company.

Rob was fantastic at diagnosing and replacing my gas hot water tank. He also was very helpful with other advice that saved me from future damage.The reason for 4 stars is the call centre. AWFULreliance Sault I strongly suggest you find a way to have your own call staff because the centre we get sent too is beyond awful.

Dave and Maverick installed a high efficiency water heater they were professional called before coming on time neat kind and courteous and respectful.
