I have never stayed here before so I can’t talk about my experience regarding the stay. But I can talk about how my issues was dealt with. My package got delivered at Willow Manor by accident by UPS. I went to retrieve my package and unfortunately that’s when I found out the owner opened my package (luckily nothing was stolen). Not only is that illegal but you should have not done that. I understand you guys are worried about your reputation but honestly this is not how you should save it. By opening packages that are not addressed to you.
