The worst “yoga” I have ever been to in my life and I have been doing yoga for over 20 years….. It feels like a fake business and I don’t even think the owner is an actual certified yoga instructor….. she offered us free yoga for leaving a good review….. That tells you everything right there. It also smells funny inside and could use a really good clean. I would avoid at all costs….. incurance companies look out…..

The instructor, Kelly is very professional…demonstrates poses and gives detailed instructions for each pose. Also, gives variations.

This class with Kelly every Tuesday is the highlight of my week. She is a very attentive & excellent teacher. I recommend this gentle class to anyone who wants to feel good & stay healthy.

This was the worst and the most cringey yoga experience I've ever had. The instructor" Kelly is clearly inexperienced and it's very questionable whether or not she is certified. I would not recommend if you are new to yoga because you will not learn a thing - and potentially harm yourself - and if you are experienced it will not offer you any benefit. The worst part is she offered a free class for a 5-star review and that is unacceptable. I would NOT trust the reviews below
