Included in buying a new bike is a fitting, within 1-3 weeks after you pick it up. The fitting takes about an hour and is actually very nice. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained all the different aspects. Saddle height (where just 5 millimeters makes a difference), your position on the bike, the way you hold your feet, everything was reviewed and explained.If you already have a bike you can book a fitting too, I think for around $ 50. So if you are not comfortable riding your bike and visit Campus WheelWorks.A great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was one of two in a group that rented bikes for a multi-day bike trip on line without knowing anything about the shop. The rental process was simple and the shop answered any questions I had before the pick up. The pick up was simple and quick. The bikes were well maintained and in good shape! The rack on the bike didn't fit my pack so they found a rack and changed it out without an issue. On our last day of the ride, I had a flat - the bike came with an under seat pack that had everything needed to change out the tube so it was easily changed and we were back on our way. I ended up getting another flat and since I had already used the tube, the shop sent someone out to us to change it and check the bike allowing me to finish my ride. One of the group also got a puncture on her personal bike which was tubeless but self-sealed as we finished the ride and the shop checked it as well for her when we checked the rental in. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure about renting an unknown bike from an unknown shop but it went great!! I'd rent from them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I needed something special ordered and went to another shop and was ignored by 3 staff so I left.Called campus and they were polite professional educational patient and just way radd.. they're also remodeling so check.them ASAP.I left with my order and had a huge smileThanks for the good vibes

I highly recommend the bike rental experience. At campus you not only get high quality, in new, or like-new condition bike; the rentals come with fix-a-flat tools and supplies in case you need them on your trip at no charge. The staff will ensure that the bike fits you and your purpose. Flawless experience! Will definitely come back.

This bike fitting was well worth it, and I should've done it sooner! Having a pro look at my bike, my riding posture, and making countless tiny measurements and adjustments took this bike from fine" to "comfortable" in a way that I never could've done just tinkering at home and guessing what's right. I rode the bike the next day and the difference is significant - no pain! I'm not dreading the spring training rides anymore."
