Black Rock Stables - Kennels & Cattery
Great place and a wonderful atmosphere to board your dog. My dog was well looked after and recieved plenty of exercise and attention during his visit and the rates can't be beat! Kim is wonderful and your cats & dogs are in the best hands possible in her care. I simply can't recommend this place enough.

Kim is an animal lover in every sense of the title. I felt 100% secure knowing she would be caring for both my dog and cat when I was away. The dog kennels are spacious and my pup was walked multiple times a day. The cat room has plenty of perches for cats to explore. I'm so grateful for this service and will be checking my pets in again soon.

This was a great find for me! Kim and her daughter took great care of our two dogs for several days throughout the summer. Kim is easy to contact, very flexible and accommodating. Kim is very good with animals, and there are a lot of them! My dogs always came home happy, and were happy to get out of the car when going there.

Not good customer service at all. All we did was ask how our dogs first night was and if she was whining through the night or anything and she came back with a very snarky comment saying “how would I know I don’t sleep with the dogs”. When I asked to go pick up my dog between her pick up hours 4-6 she said no because she made plans to go out and that we would have to wait till the next day to pick her up. Not fair at all considering that’s her pick up hours that SHE chose so you’d think she’d be home during those hours.

Outstanding service! Kim is incredibly kind and reliable. We send our Bailey to the kennel every few weeks. She goes above and beyond to make sure Bailey has a friend to play with every time shes there. We wouldn't send her anywhere else!

I wanted to book 2 of my cats to be boarded with them. All I did was ask a simple question about my cats being boarded in the same enclosure and the owner turned around and responded very rudely and turned me anyway. I wanted to make sure the care and safety of pets were fully taken care of. I don’t think they were very professionally, especially in this tough economical times.

It was with great confidence we had our cat, Miss Molly board with Kim at Black Rock Stables. It was so reassuring to see pictures and updates on her while we were away. Kim was excellent with her and we would not hesitate to have Miss Molly return for another stay.

We had a great experience with Kim and her family. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for boarding for their pets. Oreo loved his walks and Kim kept us up to date with pictures while we were away.
