Saqib came highly recommended by my real estate agent, so I took my real estate transaction to SJS law. Through the process of negotiations, approvals, verifications & inspections during the transaction the deal was delayed. Unfortunately, it fell on Saqib to compensate for the delay and he went above and beyond to ensure the deal closed on time. He protected the time and resources I had invested into the deal. I am very thankful for his responsiveness to the difficult situation and diligence in professionally completing the transaction.

Charges are genuine and everything was clear from day one unless Bains law firm who increased their charges 10 days before my closing and I feel lucky to get in touch with saqib at that point.
