I've shopped around for many different water installation services and have to say that this place was among the best, if not the best. Customer service was excellent, and it was a quick, easy, and efficient installation. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and patient the staff were, and that they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my concerns were taken care of. Would recommend these people 100% !

Scam of a company. They advertise a cheap price over media to get people to buy into their scam. Do not fall for this like we did. What they do is set a low price but don't tell you anything about future replacements, other than you'll need to buy a new filter x years. Once that time comes they will call you and pester you saying you must buy new filters from them or they will not do business with you anymore. That is flat out black mailing. The cost of the filters end up being more than the whole system itself. Instead they will tell you the model is outdated and tell you to buy a new system stating the filters are cheaper if you purchase it.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Because I am giving a low rating, they will reply and claim some reason to deter others from reading my review. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPLIES or any kind of response denying guilt of running a terrible business. A report to the BBB will be made.

I purchased a soft water system from this company three years ago. My mother-in-law recently looking for a new soft water system. I have no doubt recommend this company to her. She is very happy with the overall service. Vera and the technician are very knowledgeable. My mother-in-law has questions after installation. Vera reaches out and follow up right away.Great customer service.I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

A year ago was our first time purchasing a water system. We decided to purchase it from Aqua Technologies instead of other companies because they really took their time to explain everything to us as it our first time and we are not familiar with it. Recently they even called us to remind us that our filter needed to be changed and that their Market Village location was closing as that is where we purchased it. We really enjoy their customer service. Definitely would reccomend them to anyone looking to purchase a good water filtration system.

PLEASE DO PRICE RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS SHOP. My water filtering system was purchased from this shop years ago and recently needed a carbon cartridge replacement. They charged me $185+tax just for one, saying that it is the core one in the system. Paid in cash. After going home and doing some searching on internet, found that it costs around $40+tax for exactly the same one, same model number and brand. It is price gouging at another level. Had a refund and will never return to this shop. If you think you can fool customers by get your hand deep into their pockets, you lose business in the long run. Being honest to your customers is the principle of keeping customers satisfied and loyal.

Good communication and good after sales service! I bought a few filter parts for replacement and have a few questions on the product. They get to me very quickly and promptly to take care of my issues. This is something that you cannot find doing business with an average Joe online.

Friendly and helpful staff who certainly knew what they were talking about. Well with visiting if you're considering getting water filtration for the Markham area. Markham's water is notably hard which means that you could probably benefit from a filter. Do talk to the sales staff about how this can be installed as the water filtration system is large and they also do need to connect to the incoming water supply.

My wife had our 4 stages RO filters replaced by this company for $340 (Filter Cost) + $60 (Installation Cost) in March 2017 where the same parts I bought recently (Feb 2022) were less than $100 including tax. Adjusting to today's dollar, this company is charging 4 times more !!!!!!!!!!!!As an example, RO membrane they are currently (Feb 2022) selling is $180 + Tax and the same part and brand only cost $42.95 + Tax at Amazon Canada !Charging 10-20% more than competitors is understandable from marketing standpoints but charging 3-4 times more is simply being dishonest.DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Owner sold us a faulty fiber glass water softener. Product is leaking from the bottom and the staff continues to say it is dew buildup and refuses to help.Would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to spend a large sum of money and want to go through terrible service and find another company to clean up their mess.

Very professional and knowledgeable company that provides amazing information on water filters and softening machines. This is complimented with high quality after sales service with highly qualified technicians. I was looking to install a water softening machine and water filter and had no clue where to start. I called Michael Chiu (owner) and he was very patient in answering all my questions . Over a period of 6 months, I had installed a water softening machine, water filter and RO machine. For those who are always concerned about hard sales .....the good news is there is no hard sales. Michael provides the answer and you make your own decision on what you really need. If you need recommendation, Michael will listen to your situation and recommend the most suitable product and not the most expensive product. Really appreciate his expertise, experience and knowledgeable recommendation. I don’t usually write reviews but felt this will be beneficial to a lot of newbies waiting to install water softeners and filters but really don’t know where to start. Many tks Aqua Tech.
