The Royal Anne Hotel
Room was HUGE but showing its age. Lively view over the bar in the back of the hotel which also overlooks the lake and mountains. Front desk staff at check in and evening were not welcoming and not helpful with shuttle service. Final day morning check out staff were absolutely lovely. No wheelchair access to the lobby which also meant difficulty hauling suitcases up the stairs to check in, then up more stairs to the elevator. Alley from back parking to front of hotel was definitely not the safest experience. Facade and lobby were very pretty. Room was quiet, which was a nice surprise.

Loved it here! Spacious room with a view of the lake. Staff was so kind and helpful. The location was the best on Kelowna, right downtown on the main street. Didnt get to try the sauna this time, but will be back!

Wonderful location, very close to everything you need. The staff were really kind and accommodating. The room was comfy and they even have proper climate control in the room. I would recommend the Royal Anne to anyone that is looking for a wonderful hotel to stay at while in Kelowna.

This is our second time staying here, and we will come back again. Its in a great location with easy access to restaurants and the lake. The breakfast is a great spread and will fuel you for the day. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is very clean.

Perfect location! Walking distance to tons of restaurants. Check in was quick and easy, both check in & out employees were friendly. We were running a bit behind, checkout is at 11 and as we were packed up about to walk out at 11:02 someone from hskping knocked on our door, even with DND and when we opened she didn't say anything just looked at us and then looked at her watch. Strange. But rooms were very clean and better than we expected for an older property. Will stay again.

The Royal Anne Hotel was a great experience! The location is right in the heart of downtown, very convenient. The room offered a beautiful view of the lake and boardwalk from the fifth floor. TV has Chromecast attached. Amazing value for the amenities, including sauna and gym. We liked the free breakfast as it offered many options and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and check in/checkout process was very smooth. There is designated parking underground and behind the building, as well as free street parking 6pm-9am. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a couple of nights in April, old hotel but clean and some updates. Service from the front desk was excellent. Never tried the free breakfast. Free parking is a little tight in the underground but there is exterior parking too

Great hotel for a quick vacation, staff is friendly and the location is right in the heart of outdoor activities. Restaurants, proximity to parks and the lake. Extra special thanks to Sierra for making our extended stay work. Very happy to have had the opportunity to experience the Royal Anne Hotel for the first time. We will come back!

Great location in the middle of downtown and lots of shops, restaurants and amenities. Convenient loading zone for the car in front of the hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. Room is clean and well appointed (hairdryer, fridge, safe). Water available in the lobby. Breakfast consisted of bagels, pastries, fruit, hard boiled eggs, frittatas that you can heat in the microwave, cereals, yogurt. All self serve. Seating was available. Even when busy you only have to wait a bit for a table to open up. Parking was both underground (little tight manoeuvring) and in the back above ground. Overall great value and would definitely stay here again!
