This family owned and run tailor is awesome!! So polite and helpful even remember your name. The work is great for casual or business attire and usually only takes 2-3 days.Highly recommend seeing these amazing people!

There is an older lady that works there who i assume is the owner because she acts like it and she is incredibly rude. Terrible customer service, unbelievable the way she treated me and if she truly is the owner it is unfathomable that she is still open for business. I wasint aware that this place was managed so poorly but after the lack of professionalism on her part I was left very displeased and decided to write this review only to see that others have also been mistreated by her. What a shame.

Got my Hugo Boss suit tailored at parklane tailors. When I picked up my suit, I noticed the Hugo Boss badge on the sleeve was missing. Confronted the owner about it and he claimed there was no badge on the sleeve. Will never go to this shady business again!!

Stay away from this place.my wife took her dress for some tailoring and basically she didn't do what my wife told her to do.instead of apologizing and getting it done the right way.the tailor told her YOUR SO PICKY AND THIS IS THE LAST TIME ILL DO ANYTHING FOR YOU" this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen.the gentleman that works there is actually very nice but the women is very rude.stay away if you want good service."

The Hugo Boss store sends their alterations here but unless it's the clothing store's staff doing the measurements for the suit or coat, coming here is caveat emptor. If you come on your own, the tailor here will do his measurements for you but the adjustments are mediocre and not up to par say like what a place like John the Tailor would provide. It's also quite expensive. So in short, unless your clothing is sent here directly by the Boss store with their marked adjustments, do not come here on your own. There are better tailors.
