We have used Jack Pixley previously for gas fireplace repair and have been very satisfied.We recently had a need for a dryer vent cleaning so we called them. They were on time, were very professional and did a good job.We would not hesitate to call them in the future and recommend them very highly.

Jack Pixley Sweeps did a superb job start to finish! Installed a new wood burning insert, relined the chimney, and tore down and replaced entire chimney from roofline up. Beautiful! Had them clean the chimney after first winter. Jon was excellent! He was very meticulous, professional, personable, and informative. Spent time answering all my questions. Having this work done is an investment, and I am grateful for the pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The tech. was on time and called when he was 20 minutes out. The work was done well and he kept the area very clean. The inspection was very through and while repairs need to be made, t pictures were taken and explained to us so we had a full understanding of what the next steps would need to be.

We had yet again, another amazing experience with this company.They sent someone out to do our gas fireplace yearly maintenance. And we decided to have them do our dryer vent this time.Service was amazing, everything was thoroughly inspected and cleaned.When the tech left, I had a solid understanding of what we needed to do to keep our home safe.Clean, considerate, and professional.If you are looking for a company to hire for your home needs, this is the one.Very very happy.

I received a free estimate because my chimney was leaking, the guy was on time and professional. I decided to hire the company and again he was on time and professional. He gave several solutions to our problem and I didn't feel hassled to use their service. I will definitely call them again if need other work.

Jack Pixley does an excellent job in providing you peace of mind with home wood fireplaces and chimney maintenance. The team is professional and thorough. Following the cleaning, Jack Pixley provides a report including photos to highlight what was done and anything that may need further attention with recommendation as to how/what/when you should take action. They are also very good about future schedules and keeping this important service on an annual checkup. We highly recommend!

I don't think there's anything too exciting about having your whole chimney repaired and basically replaced, but these guys not only did a beautiful job, they made it pleasant. Guys showed up on time, communicated flawlessly, and were just downright nice to have around. I wish there were a Jack Pixley Handyman Service, Jack Pixley Plumber, Jack Pixley Paint and Wallpaper, Jack Pixel Bathroom Remodel. They are setting the bar in a very quality product delivered with the best service. (But I hope I never need another fireplace fixed!!!)

My total experience with this company was nothing but positive! That includes both men (Jon and Nick)who came to inspect, give estimates, explain the problems and do the repairs. They were professional, knowledgeable and I feel went over and above to fix the problem as I have an older house. Also, Nick was reassuring that they would take care of everything and not to worry. They were also quick to get out and give the estimate and were on time and always giving me updates. As a woman alone, it was refreshing to have a place I can trust to do the work and do it honestly!
