What a horrible drive through experience. Large Latte was just cold milk, no coffee at all! A small cappuccino was luke warm and so bitter it was if the coffee was brewed a month ago!Worst Tim Hortons experience ever!

Tim's is that go to study place or good to have a coffee with a friend. It's usually busy and unfortunately the cleanliness is lacking. Also, it can be long to get your order and there are mistakes sometimes. Most of the times, the tables are dirty and the bathrooms are gross. Often, I clean the table I sit at and I've seen others do so as well. However, it's still ok for studying and the options have been getting better.

Often very busy and when they are all logic goes out the window. Multiple times my order has been wrong, burnt coffee or completely out of something and did not inform me until after I had ordered. The day staff during the week is wonderful and always great service.

Went here with a survey coupon I had in my desk at work. Which I filled out in my own time because not only do I like giving feedback but it provides almost $2 value….I was refused service because they said my receipt was more than 30 days old(it was 32 days old lol) and they made a big stink about it to me. Billion dollar corporation giving me hassle over a $1 French Vanilla. I’ll avoid this location like the plague from now on.

I ordered a large soup and it wasn't hot. They also gave me a small piece of bread with it that they ripped instead of cut. They usually give salt and pepper too but they didn't give any. Waste of my money. I was honestly debating if I should go to this Tim Horton's or the one on Grand Marais. My mistake.

The girl at the drive thru window should be fired. She made my coffee WRONG 3 TIMES. I HAD TO COME BACK 3 TIMES. AND SHE IS GIVING ME THIS LOOK AS IF IT IS MY FAULT. YOU NEED TO DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY!
