I ordered a grande cold drink which when I finished the drink, I found that 2/3 of the cup was filled with ice. I barley got any of the actual coffee. Never ordering cold drinks from here again. Too expensive for a bad drink.

I usually don’t like this location because the workers are not very friendly and always seem annoyed by the customers but manager Julia is an absolute delight. She’s kind, polite, accommodating and ensures customer satisfaction. I think the rest of the employees should strive to be more like Julia in every way

The workers are nice but don’t know how to follow instructions, I asked for light ice, it became extra ice. 7$ for a few sips,I didn’t notice until I left and couldn’t be bothered to go back, I’m driving out the parking lot and passed one light at Thompson on Louis st Laurent and when I got to regional rd 25 the drink was done

I prefer this location because there is no drive-thru. This moves service along faster in my opinion so I'm a fan.

Tried their new holiday drinks once they launched. The caramel brûlée latte is my all-time fav!! The sugar cookie oat milk latter is really creamy and sweet! I wouldn’t go for that one again…if I did I prefer it iced over hot though! Overall, I’ve always had a positive experience at this Starbucks location - I’m satisfied each time!!☺️

This Starbucks is priced higher than the other Starbucks in Milton. They are often items that are out of stock. The one up on Main St is cheaper, and it has a drive through! Not impressed with the higher prices. This needs to change and be on par with the other locations. Brutal.

Very nice customer serviceHelped me with my selection of drink when I was unsure what to get .I was forgotten about with my food order which was not too big of a deal, they apologized.Lots of space inside and outside on the Patio.

Last night i went to this location of starbucks and ordered a drink like normal there was a guy and two girls working and i was the only brown customer. They completed the orders of people people who were already there and the ones who came after me and made me sit there untill i was the only customer in the room. Then they made my drink frappacino. I was not in my good health so i didn’t mention anything then but it felt so bad. I mean I wasn’t there for free food or something like that so atleast i should have been treated the same way as others but no….you will be served according to your ethnicity and colour. I mean grow up guys. Its canada and 21st century and you are not winning anything by doing this.
