Not satisfied with experience. Simple items like moulding clips not covered under extend Chrysler warranty. And really don’t care for the attitude. Also beware estimates are $50.

Super friendly staff, very quick service. Dans communication was fantastic, everything was very straightforward. The work done to my Jetta was to perfection, the paint and bodywork are flawless. My only little grief is the detailer left a couple swirl marks when polishing the completed job, but that is not a big deal to me. Car came back quicker than promised, highly recommend !

Sctahed my truck so bad it looks like someone rubbed sand paper all over it and they won't do about about fixing it. Saying it was already like that . Terrible experience.

Dan is the man! They completely restored my 2017 Honda civic si after a front end collision. Fitment and paint is actually better than when it came from the factory at Honda. They do good work, would recommend hands down

I called to ask if I could bring my car in for repairs as my car window had been smashed and door had been damaged. The young lady that answered the phone kept asking me for vin number. I was confused as I knew my make year and model of my vehicle and was at work and didn't have the vin number on me. After several minutes of going back and forth with her she sighed and said I ll have someone call you. I received a voicemail with a quote to fix the window. She apparently wasn't listening that my door was severely damaged and needed body work done to it. The gentleman that returned my call and left a voice mail to get only the window fixed for $242 missed out on a $1500 job because she wasn't listening and was only fixated on getting my vin #.

Suggested by my insurance company to do a routine bumper repair. They replaced the skin and only needed to paint. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into over 10 days.The first attempt had drip marks, uneven paint, and little hardened paint spikes from where it was obviously dripping. They took the car back to repair it.After recieving it a second time it was still not up to my standards or that of my insurance appraiser who inspected it. There were missing paint spots, where you could see bare material. As well there was particulate in the paint.After receiving it a third time it still wasn't great and the manager acted as I was the one to blame. Quite frankly i found him to be very unprofessional and rude. But i was done and took my car.All in all, in my opinion if you can't paint a bumper, i question your abilities as a body shop but this is my opinion. I have stopped going to windsor chrysler for work on my vehicles as well as they are part of this facility.

Wound up at Windsor Body Works at the recommendation of my insurance company. They were very friendly from the first time I brought my vehicle in for a quick estimate and explained the entire process. Upon getting my vehicle back, I found the following:1. I was not able to make it to their location before closing so theybrought my vehicle to Windsor Chrysler for me - nice and easy pick up!2. The body work done was impeccable; perfect!3. My vehicle was clean in and out - to a level that I haven't seen since Ipurchased my vehicleIf I ever need body work done, I will return to Windsor Body Works! I highly recommend them!
