Oco Meals

They have variety of different meals. Very delicious and healthy. Surely saves my time and I would 100% recommend their service. :)

Used this service for a long time and food was pretty good. Then all of a sudden, I stopped receiving my food despite having an order in (3 weeks in a row) and no one is answering my emails about it... so frustrating.

Not new, but definitely improved! I received a gift card to Oco Meals 2 years ago and continued to use them for a while because their variety of meals, use of local ingredients, convenience of already-cooked food, and customer service were incredible. I took a break to come back to my own kitchen and because it was getting difficult to remember to order meals before their Wednesday deadline every week.Fast-forward to today, where my needs have brought me back to Oco’s services and I am glad to be back. What’s even better is that they made it more convenient with their new meal plans and weekly ‘Playlist’ that allow me to just “set it and forget it”: I pick a few meals that I like (one time!) and they shuffle the meals for me every week so I don’t have the remember anything—even their delivery services have alerts!Thanks to Anson and the incredible team at Oco Meals for making life easier!

Amazing food, great service. I've used a number of food delivery/meal prep services, and I'm extremely pleased with OCO Meals. Overall highly recommended!

Amazing service! The food is delicious, fresh & healthy, and the portions sizes are great.

The absolute worst. I cancelled my subscription, I've called, I've texted and emailed them. I asked them to remove my card from their system. Every week they charge my card, it has been a extremely frustrating couple of weeks. I keep getting assured my subscription is canceled and then bam a charge on my card. I'm done with this company and desperatelyTrying to get myself actually removed from their system.

I’m appear to be having the same issues as other reviewers. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription but they are still sending me food and charging me. The food was good initially, but the quality has declined significantly. Then my packages started turning up with meals missing, with no explanation. There is little/no response to email communication despite it being their recommended form of communication.

Super easy Amazing meal kits. Everything you need to feel like an amazing cook. All of the kits are quick and easy with simple directions. I have fully enjoyed All of the meals.

I don't know if I should be reviewing Oco Meals or Citizens Table. Nevertheless, my experience started with using Oco Meals at the beginning of the pandemic. Originally I thought they were great and they had many good meals. Then they split Oco meals into two versions - one I guess was their new subscription service and other was a more classic pick what you want service. I stuck with the latter, which then eventually spun off into another company called Citizens Table. The service at this point was ok but their website was unfortunately complete garbage. Then, without telling me they migrated my account over to another website. I had to phone in to find out that I had to sign up on another website to continue picking and receiving the meals I wanted. Upon signing in I found that the meal selection was just not what I had come to expect from either Oco Meals or Citizens Table. Thus, unfortunately after two years I'm cancelling my service. I really do wish they stuck with a more unified service instead of needlessly confusing their customers. I give them three stars for the previous good service that I used to have. I have a feeling that neither company are going to be in business much longer.
