Who is the owner of this unbelievably unprofessional establishment. I went in to have an old truck checked to see if it would pass a safety and it wasn't even mine. My friend gave me the truck so i approved an oil change and that's it. Then he tells me my bill is over $500 I said oh my God why. He went ahead and replaced the battery topped up the coolant and did an oil change with an air filter. Even with all that I couldn't imagine how could add up to over 500. I never approved the battery I never approved topping up coolant and being charged $60 just for that. On top of that when I complained about the price he yelled at me on the phone and I did not yell back he yelled at me again in person did I expect him to work for free. Well at those prices it is far far from free. I did yell back then. Anyway just stay away from this place he is a highway robber and he has absolutely no professionalism or manners.

Louis is amazing, he is the best of the best and honest ! He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. My Hundai Tucson 2013 had engine light on and flashing. Some mechanics advised me to replace engine. I called Louis who advised me to drop the car. After he found the code P1326 he contacted Hundai. Finally the car was transferred to Pathway Hundai , they tested engine which so far was good . The issue was just to reset engine and I paid only $158.20Louis is really a gentleman and he knows his stuff. If you are in Ottawa please I strongly recommend him for your car repair.

I'm not sure who gave this company a one star makes no sense. no one deserves a one star unless you took the car out the tires fell off the motor just dropped and the battery died. I have only called yet and I found the people absolutely wonderful great super. they answered all of my questions and I will probably get the used part that they have found me. who gives a one I once given a three. like I said I have not gotten my part yet but can't wait to meet the staff there they were so friendly on the phone not like one big company I won't mention on Dunning

Louis is amazing. I have been to a few shops and I can say here that he have your back. Labor pricing is totally fair if not cheaper than anyone I know in Ottawa. Louis would work for you to get the job done correctly. Keep up the great work!

Auto Parts Locators would be the last place on this earth I would recommend taking your vehicle to. My vehicle had gone through an accident causing cosmetic damage, and after searching and speaking with the owner I had thought my search for a fix was over and I could trust this man telling me he could fix my car and make it like brand new. After weeks of dealing with the owner, I had come to realize he kept changing the amount he said it would cost to fix my vehicle. Not was I disappointed with the misinformation, but the fact that he did not call me once to confirm anything was the first factor of my disappointment. After we had come to an agreement ... Well, a FINAL agreement of the cost, I got my vehicle and took it to the dealership to only be informed that this cosmetic damage has been fixed illegally and is completely unsafe to drive. It was said that it is basically going to fall apart within days to months. That being said, I contacted the owner and he denied everything. He claimed to me that he replaced the parts of my vehicle, however, he just put the broken pieces and whatever he could find and taped/glued it to my vehicle. (If I had known, I would have just super glued my vehicle myself). Since, I have taken my vehicle to three different mechanics to see if the claim of this illegal and disgusting fix is accurate, and it was. After many times of contacting Auto Parts Locators, along with discussions (of which I may say, appalling language and force on behalf of them) they have failed to contact me back. I definitely do not wish this experience upon anyone, and advise anyone going through car troubles to avoid this place if they do not want the headache to go on longer than it needs to. The treatment and language of the owner was not only disgusting but I am appalled at how some people are capable of treating others. Avoid at all costs. Would not even give this place 1/5 stars.

We have had multiple vehicles over time from an 89 Grand Caravan, Ford Freestyle, Ford Focus, and now my daughters 2008 Prius. This establishment has always been friendly and professional. The quote was the price I paid. Louis has even come to pick up my vehicle to get the work done.I trust this mechanic 1000%!

I am a bit surprise by some of the reviews on here, only because i have never had a problem from Louie or his wife. Louie is a busy, honest guy and not a smiling salesman; I'd take honest any day. He has found parts for my vehicles over the years that I didn't think possible. Imagine finding a matching blue colored bumper? He found it! His rates are better than anywhere else I have found in the area; compare for yourself. Its a small looking operation with big positive results. They pick up and deliver and somehow get to the job instantly or as soon as he has the parts. Keep up the good work and you can't make everybody happy.

Over priced parts nonsensical policies I was fixing a car for my mother needed a rear differential for her. I call and he tells me that he can get me a differential for $400 then says he'll do me a favour for $350 rush order. I get the diff and it's the wrong one it's an LSD not a regular one. It's a holiday. I get in touch after and then am told that I have to PROVE that the diff was wrong and PAY THE SHIPPING TO SEND THEM BOTH THERE AND BACK so the dealership can clean up their mess. Shipping was $187 taxes in $87 both ways. So realistically it was a $150-170 part and I was charged almost twice that and he then told me that I was lying and that I bought the diff and realized it was another problem and just wanted to return it so here's the receipt for the even MORE over priced parts I had to order and pay for. Ridiculous policies do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
