0/5 stars. We used to love this hotel but would not stay here again!We booked two rooms for my daughters birthday. We took a little Bose speaker to listen to music. The next morning was check out and we packed up our things but forgot the speaker on the counter, I called the next day after we unpacked everything and left a message. A couple days later they returned my call and said there was no speaker found. Mysteriously went missing I suppose. I expected some honestly and thought I would be able to pick up the speaker the next day. Oh well, our loss.

Amazing staff! Love staying here and the staff go above and beyond. Truly appreciate how understanding the we’re about my booking date mistake and how they quickly remedied the situation. Room and swim park so nice and fun.

Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel
Was there July 9, 2023 to July 10. Kids loved the waterside. The girl working in there that night was super friendly. Rooms cards were having issues that day and we couldn't get into the pool area unless someone was coming out. They apologized, got new cards that still wouldn't work. It wasn't just us. Eventually, someone put a piece of tape over the striker. Hope the bird flying around in the pool area was freed safely outside, he was having a blast!Rooms are very nice. Beds were comfy and clean. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The body lotion is fantastic. My hands still feel soft 10 hours later.I definitely could have done without the noisey construction at 7am and the garbage pick ups, but no one can control that.I'll be back for sure!

Friendly staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, good wifi, great views of the river (and 2 min. from the trail) and nice hot tubs & pool (although I wish it was a bit bigger for laps). My friend and I really enjoyed our stay.

The hotels location is prime! Right overlooking the South Saskatchewan River, making it ideal for an amazing morning or evening walk along the banks. Also convenient to explore the city and its attractions. The staff were warm & welcoming.One of the standout features of the hotel is its range of amenities, which cater to various preferences. The gym is well-equipped and spacious, providing a comfortable workout environment. The hotel's pool was also great, offering both relaxation and entertainment with its indoor water slide, perfect for families and children.In addition, the ‘Carvers Steakhouse’ restaurant provided a delightful dining experience. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes with an inviting atmosphere.The rooms were slightly above average, comfy beds, however, the heater in the room was not working, which kept the room always colder than needed! The hotel staff tried to fix the problem but negative!

Location is nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. They are a little dated but the bathrooms were clean and updated. Did not like that our room smelt of cigarette smoke.

Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel
We stayed here after trying to find a hotel with a pool and this was the only hotel that could accommodate us. Overall the hotel was clean and the room spacious, however the parking on the weekend was very difficult, the underground parking is like a dungeon and overall wasn’t able to accommodate hotel guests (i.e us) with the other events going on - at least on site. The pool was fun, however extremely crowded on the weekend and no one was enforcing the group limitations posted on the hot tubs (I think it said about 7 people, and there were about 20 in each).

The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown and walking distance to the mall.We had a nice view of the river, which is across the street.Other than a few things mentioned below, the hotel is nice and clean with great service.The weekend we were there, there were a large number of families, and we often found it noisy as kids were running up and down the hallways yelling at one another.As for the room, the bathroom was small, and the door opened inwards, which almost hit the toilet and would close on me when standing at the sink. This means the door was always behind me when at the sink unless closed.Lastly, there were no power outlets by the nightstands, and we had to search for them. We use our phones as alarms. So, having it across the room charging isn't convenient.It may sound silly, but when you are used to certain conveniences, you expect them.

Honestly this over priced nightmare of a hotel was a last minute booking. We needed a room and took it. There was gum stuck to the wall of the coffee station area and hair all over bathroom floor. They take a 250 dollar deposit on top of their room price just because I used a debit card. And then make you wait for a house keeper to see if I've trashed the room or not. Meanwhile everyone else who doesn't have colored hair and tattoos is checking out just fine. Doubt I'll bother with this hotel again. The elevators are nightmares and they have 3 luggage carts for the entire place. Gross.

Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel
I've stayed here a few times and have good and bad feedback. Pros, nice rooms, great location and friendly staff, event meals for conferences are well done, great location for walking. Cons, no real line system at the front desk, parking entrance is tight, walls are paper thin (could hear the neighbor sneezing, laughing, talking), the people who stay here are generally loud as well, lack of security personnel.
