10/10 take your car here, they got everything done when they said they would (which previous shops that had been an issue) and on top of that i don’t think i’ve seen my car so clean since i bought it (and somehow removed all the pet hair that i was struggling to get out of the seats)my car looks and feels brand new and i will definitely be coming back

Incompetent/ Unethical/ Dishonest/ Untrustworthy/ DisreputableAfter receiving a referral from a friend, I took my Civic in to Winter's Collision Repair to have my rear bumper replaced.I made sure that when I brought it in, they made notes that I wanted my old bumper back on the initial paperwork.It took several weeks longer than expected for the repair, and they lost" my bumper. Repeat customer at this repair shop. My first experience was excellent and I’m kinda picky with my truck. Got out of work after a long shift to find my window smashed in the Emily Parkade at HSC on Sunday night. MPI got me in that afternoon for my claim and straight to Winters. Window, trim and scratches fixed by Wednesday afternoon. Not a trace of glass and the truck was handed back clean and shiny. The staff were excellent calling with updates. Best repair shop in Winnipeg.

Rob and the Winters team continue to impress. They have done work for me on a few different occasions. Most recently they installed a custom bumper and completed paintwork on my Lamborghini. Tom's attention to detail and outstanding work ensured a wonderful fit. Rob and Tom treat your car like it was their own and hold themselves to a high standard of work. Huge thank you !

I have had lots of vehicles repaired throughout the years and I'm a picky person and sometimes hard to please. I expect service and pride in workmanship. This company not only met those expectations but are what I would call the standard other companies should strive to achieve . Thanks for the great work on getting my truck back to looking new again

My experience with Winters was very good. I had to bring in my car a couple times for estimates and repairs and they were very professional and explained everything and the cost upfront. Everyone I dealt with knew what they were talking about and I felt my beloved car was in good hands. The repairs were done very well and I have absolutely no complaints. If you are looking for a quality repair shop with trustworthy experienced professionals, this is the place to go.

My business was turned away, was told they don’t want to do private work. All I wanted was some brand new in bag factory pieces painted and wanted a reputable shop to do so. They didn’t want my business or my money. Seems like poor business practice to me somebody’s that worked in the industry for many years.. will not return sadly. And I’d heard such good things.
