Steve and his team were so great getting our parcel delivered on time and from door-to-door. It was picked up within an hour of our phone call and hand-delivered despite road closures and detours. Highly recommend!

I live in Powell River, twice I’ve had deliveries for UPS processed by VI Carriers. Both times the drivers were left instruction on how/where to leave packages and they didn’t read them , which caused both packages to be sent back to Nanaimo and then sent back to Powell River for delivery. I’m now sitting here waiting again.

Spent half a day with UPS trying to figure out what was going on with a package I had sent to a customer on the north Island with no answers from them. As soon as I got in contact with Steve here he was able to help us out and get our questions answered, and most importantly did all he could to ensure our customer gets their package, thank you so much for your help.

For many years living in a remote area that is not covered directly by some of the largest courier companies, one would come to realize the value of a professional, courteous and punctual service .
