We had several companies quote the new roof but Dayus quickly stood out as the most professional. Frank was excellent in following up and answered all of our questions promptly..Very happy we chose Dayus as well as the quality of the work they completed.JP and his crew did a great job and spent a lot of effort to ensure they cleaned up after themselves daily.We receive lots of compliments on our new rubber roof and would definitely recommend Dayus to anyone looking.

Great repair from Dayus! I had leak in my roof near a chimney. They took photos, explained how they would fix it and scheduled the work within a few weeks. There was rot all around the damaged area -- they replaced everything and showed me the photos. Now I have peace of mind and the new flashing around the chimney looks a lot better than the original. I've hired them for a few different jobs -- new garage roof, adding a bathroom fan. I appreciate the fact that they're willing to discuss different options and they've never tried to upsell me on something I don't need.

I give Dayus Roofing a big thumbs up, they did an excellent job, thoroughly cleaned up each day they were here. I also have to say the workers were all very polite. I had to tell them to call me by my name, as everything was yes sir, thank you sir, not that I didn't mind it, or appreciate it, but just felt more at ease with them using my name instead. It was a job well done, and with the recent high winds we have had, there are no issues, and no leaks. Thank you guys, we are very pleased with the work done!

During high winds we had a piece of flashing come loose on a high peak that was banging on a window. We were concerned it was going to break loose and cause damage to ours or a neighbours property. After reaching out to Dayus Roofing they sent a technician to remove the piece within a few hours! The responsiveness to our call was amazing! Thank you for providing such great service!

I have a flat roof with ponding issues and unfortunately for me, the roof started to leak. I called multiple companies including Dayus. Frank, from Dayus came out did some test cuts and showed me my worst fears; wet flat roofing insulation in multiple spots. I guess the multiple old layers of roof membrane had failed and now I needed a new roof. I opted to replace all old stuff and fix my ponding issues, and go with tpo membrane.Dayus's quote was not the cheapest, but also it wasn't the most expensive either. It was very fair, and also I wanted to go with a long established company, so I gave them the go ahead. I am very pleased I went with Dayus.From start to finish, I have been very pleased with Dayus roofing. I should start by saying that I, like most people don't leave reviews, but I just want to share my experience with this exceptional company. The workmanship and quality of work is very good. All Dayus roofing employee/team members were great. They showed up on time, constantly working, very courteous, just overall very pleasant to deal with.I will definitely call them for my future roofing needs. If you have a roofing issue, I would recommend you give them a call. At least get a quote!
