They carries not just chocolates and truffles but some special kinds of sweet treats, candies, ice cream and gelato. Also, there're some British products and treats that are not easily found in anywhere else.

Online ordering was a disaster - do not try it. Never got my order and they did not even try to make it right (no refund, no replacement), and it felt like I was getting the run around. Didn't even acknowledge there might have been an error, just victim-blamed the entire time. Disappointed because I really wanted to support small businesses but this is not how you treat customers. Will not be visiting even when things are back to normal.

The store is Great, but this review is strictly on the customer service. A friend and i went yesterday and there was a young girl working the counter. Literally no acknowledgement what so ever. Her face just said it all, she did not want to deal with people and it seemed like we were causing an inconvenience when cashing out. I really hope the owner see's this. HIRE BETTER STAFF, that young employee should not be working retail, let alone working with that type of mood.

The chocolate is not very good. A few of us had went in and tried several of the chocolates filled with different creams and none of us liked them!!! However the salt water taffy is very good. I bought a lot of em.
