The lady at the front desk is really rude. Hse was yelling at every one just because of mask. She don,t have masks to provide all. She is extremely rude. Lifelab should do some thing.

Unfortunately very rude staff, extremely incompetent at their work. You would hope that lifelabs would work with proper systems, but unfortunately the experience was awful. I went to drop off a sample for testing, which at any other lifelabs takes 2 minutes but they made me wait half an hour in line, just to drop off a sample. Which is honestly a big sign of incompetence because one needs the sample ASAP when dropped, at labs. It’s just upsetting to see people who are rude and incompetent and a health care related institution.

Very rude staff and mannerless. No professionalism. Before taking blood, the girl was not clean my site with sanitizer. The front desk girl is soo rude and yelling at me after asking any question. She is really soo rude. I wish I could give zero star to them. Please life labs management change the-staff or teach them how to deal with people. They are really soo rude and non- professionalism. I will not recommend that lab for blood work or anything.

MELAINE was amazing, My experience was really good at this location, Please note that they serve via appointment only and do not take walk-ins at the moment,Also, because there are only 2 people at the check-in desk, you may have to wait a couple of minutes before they check you in for your appointment, which is expected.Overall, my experience was good, They were kind and responsive.

Worse place to visit. I booked an appointment and even then waited there for 45 minutes and staff was taking patients those checked in half hour later than me. When asked front desk about she doesn’t know about it that we are waiting and took her time to find our papers. Most of the staff is very unprofessional and not wearing name tags so can’t mention the names. Worse ever experience.

Terrified experience! Don’t come here let this staff sit at home. Staff has no kindness. I am pregnant and i had sugar test in which i had to drink the sugary liquid. I started feeling nausea and blurred vision. They told me to just sit on the chair, nobody has provided me vomit basin or anything. After sometime i started having blurred vision, sweating and vomiting. When i vomit, they asked me to clean the floor. I felt so bad that they did not bother to even give assurance, on top of that they asked me to clean the floor, in my case i can not bend because of pregnancy and medical reasons.Big NO,! NO for this staff. They need to learn ethical principle.

The East Asian receptionist with glasses was very rude. She should not work in healthcare. I just needed to drop off my samples. She insisted that I should’ve made an appointment, despite that I told her I saw on Life Lab website I could either book an appointment or walk in. The website didn’t say dropping off samples through walk-in would take that long. I did drop off my samples easily at another Life Lab before.She was very short tempered and criticized me for not reading well on their website while other people could book appointments and follow their policies. She told me to be respectful and said very aggressively and loud “be nice” a few times when I just tried to explain what I saw on their website. She interpreted me asking questions as being rude. She refused to explain to me and never told me that her colleague from another lab should’ve given me a blue paper to be included in the sample and in that way, I could simply drop it off (I learned that later on from someone else). No explanation and she simply wanted me to shut up with my questions and she threatened twice or three times to let me go to another life lab. I gave in as I wanted to drop off my sample but her cold face and her harsh words “being nice” kept replaying in my mind. I didn’t expect to be treated like this as a patient.With everyone’s attention attracted to our conversation, I felt so vulnerable and had to say it loud my personal info. She then only wanted to take two of my samples and again refused to answer my question why the previous lab took them all; if I continued to question, she would send me away. She then loudly confirmed to me whether I agreed to drop off those two samples from my specific body parts (it was humiliating!) I had no dignity there as a vulnerable patient. No protection on patient’s health and personal information! On the other hand, she refused to provide me with her name! She had every power to refuse to offer me services, explain to my confusion and give me her name!

Today I had a blood test appointment and when I reached they closed the lab and mentioned it was because of shortage of staff. 2nd time I have had a bad experience with their staff. Absolutely no manners and no empathy, they are really rude and don’t know how to communicate.

No hygiene in washrooms. I went there for urine test… no soap no paper towel and toilet seats were awful. I know lots of people do urine tests there.. but that does not mean they shouldn’t clean them. Zero stars. Not going there again.

Edit: when I got my results back there was Trace hemolysis detected" This means the red blood cells in the sample burst. This can happen when the guy left the elastic on too long. I have a huge bruise around my arm from it. I even asked him when he was taking the blood
