I feel like this store soon will be out of business. I went there and was ready to buy a pair of shoes. I liked them but I only needed another size and no employee was there to help me. I went to checkout (which was at the other end of the store) and asked the person there and she was very condescending. I said I am going to buy this one, I am ready to buy but I am waiting for someone more than 5 minutes, and she chuckled. She mumbled something but I just exited store. You lost a customer who was ready to buy. You didn’t even need to convince me to buy sth but I guess you don’t want to sell anything.

I went in after work to buy a pair of runners. Should have know better. This was my second time trying to purchase shoes at this store. Both times I felt like was a inconvenience to staff. Hard to get any attention or keep them interested in assisting me. I have worked retail for many years and always make a point of being a good customer. But I had to walk out both times before I became as rude as the staff.Will never go in that store again.

I just visited the store and every staff were helpful and so nice except the cashier was too rude. She asked me do you want a bag for $2? Then I said what type of bag cost $2? Then I said no. Then I tap my credit card, and usually we enter email for the receipt. When I was trying to enter my email address she told me don’t worry, you don’t need that! And just slip my purchase toward me, and said have a good day!So rude. I suggest if she’s not happy with job and communicating with costumers just change your job which has less interaction. Very positive shopping experience for winter gear, not crowded at all and no waiting in line to get into the store. The sales associate, helped me find the right boot and provided me with tips for fitting, grip and other specs to decide between 2 boots. The checkout was smooth.Excellent customer service! I was asked by every employee that I passed if I needed any help. Once I did need help, they were quick, polite, and went above and beyond. The store is just like any other sport chek but the employees are far better than I've ever seen at a sport chek.
