Beat pool company in Edmonton. Customer service is always great. Quality of work is always great. The owner Dave is such a friendly and genuine guy. The ladies in the shop Randale and Karen, are so insightful and helpful. My experience with this pool company has always been a blast.

Had them install a new liner in my pool, was a fantastic experience! They are professional, friendly, and the work was perfect. If you are looking for a truly family owned experience than you found the right place! I would definitely recommend them.

They went out of their way to find parts for my old mini-max heater. They also referred me to an excellent plumber that understands pool heaters. Reasonable prices, great service.

Just want to say how absolutely impressed with this family run pool business. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with a kind smile, respect, and was given the time and attention I needed to state my needs. I was there to order a part that a competitor had promised me 6 weeks ago and still didn't have (Total Pool and Spa - terrible, absolutely terrible company) Cam Mac Pools was started by a gentleman, Bill many years ago and I had dealt with this kind, resourceful, and helpful man before he retired, and his son and daughter in law resumed running the business. Obviously, the company has held true to the ethical and respectful treatment of their customers, taught well by Bill. I would STRONGLY recommend Cam Mac Pools if you're tired of the B.S you see when dealing with a pool company like Total Pool and Spa who delivers 'only' on lies, unreturned calls, delays, and disrespect to paying customers!! ps: I don't ever write these, but felt it was needed this one time. first off i would like to say the worst customer service ever. first time i called i was half way into explaining what i wanted and the girl put me on hold and they ended up hanging up on me. second time i just went to there store location to talk to them which was about two months ago about pool info and to get pool installed for this spring. first off they seem to have no interest in wanting to setup and above ground pool they sold and secondly they were so over priced! then third time i called them which was about 3 weeks ago, i was going to order the pool from them and setup and install date. will here i am today still no return call and they seem to have no interest in calling people back or wanting anything to do with and above ground pool after they sell it to you! they wanted to charge me around $12,000 for the pool and another $8000 for setup which i found out was crazy pricing after i checked around. i guess i am happy though that they didn't call me back because now i have a way better pool for almost half the cost and i got someone to install it for $3000.00. i would highly recommend not going here because of over priceing and service.

Love places that are family owned and operated. Friendly and honest owners here. And I doubt you will find better prices to get a pool. We haven't purchased just yet, but this is a no pressure place that gives you all the info you need to make the right decision without making you feel like it's a now or never situation.

Thank you so much for saving our pool.We were so frustrated with our experience with another pool company that we were seriously considering just giving up and not using it.Randale generously spent her time ensuring that we had proper instructions, written out so that we wouldn't have to continually question the process.After considerable time, effort,...and so much money with the other company, one quick trip into Cam-Mac Pools solved our ongoing issues.I cannot recommend this family run business highly enough!!!We will be sticking with the quality, friendly and knowledgeable service that Cam-Mac provides for all our pool needs.

I have had a leak in my pool all spring and have used a massive amount of water. David and his team are doing a liner install across the street and after speaking with them they offered to take a look at it.It is a big pool and almost unbelievably they found the leak in about 2 minutes and patched it. What a great team and many thanks!

Super friendly family run business. I often go in to have my pool water tested and they are very knowledgeable and helpful with that. I never feel pressured that I have to buy something when I go in for a water test, which is really nice because I need my water tested more often than I need to buy chemicals. But since they are so friendly and nice I exclusively buy all my chemicals from here when I need them.
