Dr. V.E. Hill & Dr. M.E. Ashenhurst

I just had a dcr or blocked tear duct surgery, preformed by Dr Ashenhurst. All i can say is amazing! I had never had surgery before and had no expectations going into the procedure. Everything went smooth and the healing is going good. If I ever need to have this done again i will not hesitate coming here again!

Dr V Hill is excellent, I survived surgery!! and have nothing but glowing recommendations for her. I am sorry that others have issue with the front desk staff, pre-surgery I had several appts and I was extremely pleased with them - communication was excellent both via phone and email.

Just had cataract surgery on Tuesday on both eyes and what can I say except thank you dr. Ashenhurst. I love my new and improved eyesight. The whole experience was easy. No complications at all.

Dr. Ashenhurst is an angel in disguise. He resolved some scarring of mine which was causing me major trauma. Staff are friendly, appointments are prompt and on-time. 5/5

I would give zero stars if I could. Doctors and staff seem knowledgable however, impossible to make an appointment. Reception unfriendly and unhelpful. They would rather have me go to the hospital than make an appointment to see my opthamologist. Very disappointed in the care provided.

Arrived 20 min before my app't time, however, I felt like I was being pushed through and rushed. Apparently no time to put in drops to numb my eye before checking blocked tear duct (ended up with my tear duct bleeding then decided to put in numbing drops ) Dr. Ashenhurst then left the room and came back with his coat on to finish the examine. Will be looking for a different surgeon for my surgery.

Dr Hill is great and have been seeing my daughter for few years however the front desk staff is awful. We had an appointment at 9:00 around 8:30 AM while driving there got stuck at crow-child 1st and 14 st after both roads have construction happening at the moment. I send them an email informing them We will be 10-15 minutes late" as their phone isn't available till 9. Once at clinic we were told your appointment has been canceled as we were more than 10 minutes late also made me pay $70 as NO SHOW fee while I was standing right there. My kid has some serious health issues and is on oxygen she wasn't doing great that day but we didn't want to miss the appointment as it takes awhile to get another however the front desk staff decided to really implement the F***ing polices that day. We were charged $70 and sent home."

Great visit with Dr. Ashenhurst and if there was some way to deal with him directly and have the surgery done, I would. I will not however deal with any of the administrative staff. They do not answer questions, instead refer you to a booklet (which does not contain the answer). Is it that they are so busy that they simply do not have the time to read an email from a client, or that they simply cannot be bothered because we are a dime a dozen? Two sides of the same coin, however it DOES matter how you choose to treat clients. Super disappointed to be treated so poorly after going through so much trouble to get everything sorted and scheduled.

Dr. Ashenhurst and his office staff are very welcoming and professional, my eyebrow lift is perfect, my appointments we're on time (no waiting). I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ashenhurst did a fantastic job. Cataract surgery in both eyes. No problems at all with recovery from either one, and I wasn’t the easiest patient to work on. 10 stars if I could.
