Zero 20 Kids

Beautiful clothing, have bought several items from zero 20. Although will taking business elsewhere after having attended the store today.. the staff are unpleasant, and didn’t even acknowledge us or ask if we needed any assistance. This store has been a staple and carried through generations. Nowadays, customer service is essential especially at the price points of their product.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! Beware if you are middle eastern and not white! They are completely RACIST people! My family and I went in looking for dresses for my nieces and our experience was horrible. We got treated so poorly because we weren’t white or Italian. The older lady with the white bob hair cut is extremely rude and racist. No one wanted to help us. All we got was dirty looks and awful treatment because we’re middle easterns. We felt so uncomfortable in the store the entire time with the dirty stares and rude service. The lady with the curly black hair pushed my sister away when she was looking at dresses like she was trash. I will never shop here ever again. Even though we purchased 2 dresses on our own with no help at all of course because We weren’t white. We will shop at shaye or trendy bambini from now on. I hope the manager sees this and teaches her employees to treat all customers equally no matter what their nationality is!!

My first time at this store and enjoyed looking through the variety of clothes they have for boys and girls. A great selection of beautiful dresses for First Communion especially, and lots of suits for boys. Also, many cute party dresses! The prices are reasonable and customer service is good. Bought a beautiful dress with accessories, and shoes for my princess and a nice suit, and shoes for my handsome boy. I truly recommend!

We had such a positive experience when purchasing our son’s baptism outfit. The selection was great (boy moms will understand because most places have little selection of boy clothing). I highly recommend!

Staff was friendly, very helpful. They had everything we needed. Lots of great selection.

The place it’s self is a great store for kids clothes but the lady over there is not nice with kids or family I went there to find my girl a shoe and she start to say to my girl don’t touch this don’t walk in the shoes in the store and treated us with no respect . I don’t think am going back there anytime soon.

Stella was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable, showed us choices from Italy to options made locally. Our baby’s first communion will be extra special. Staff was super friendly. Everyone social distanced and practiced safe COVID measures. Highly recommend. Thank you Zero 20 Kids!!

Great boutique for special occasion clothing and footwear for the little ones. We bought a gorgeous pair of shoes for our daughter who will be a flower girl soon. Nice selection. We went on a Sunday afternoon so the store was very busy and we had to wait a bit to get some help, but it's expected when you shop on weekends.

Seems like a popular store; it was quite busy on Saturday afternoon. Lots of selection for communion dresses, not much for grade 8 grad. The quality and price was a little higher than what you'd find at a mall, but still quite reasonable.
