I was reading other reviews before I post mine, most of the reviews are saying the receptionist lady is rude. I think she is INSANE! That woman I encountered at the finger print office at place Versailles belongs in a psychiatric institution.I went there to do my finger print. I asked her a simple question, Do i have to mail this fingerprints to the RCMP? Everything went downhill from there. Instead of answering my question she took a 190 degree turn to something i never asked her about. I just walked out of there and went to another place and my prints was done with politeness and courtesy. The woman at the place Versailles finger print office has bipolar disorder or maybe she is on medication and forgot to take it yesterday.I will not advise ANYONE to go to this place. The receptionist is insane.Please Google give us an option to put ZERO star. If there was an option for zero I will put it instead of one star. This business don't deserve even a star from me.

Horrible service, the lady was very rude and impolite, it took 3 phone calls with her talking over me, interrupting rudely, to convince her to answer 1 simple question. Better go elsewhere, bad bad bad clientele service

I was informed that if my application wasn't updated after 6 business days, I had to do something else that I couldn't recall. After waiting 12 business days, I decided to call this agency to understand what to do and the agent was extremely rude and insisted that for the fact that yesterday was a holiday, it could take longer (in fact, the 12 business days I mentioned before obviously didn't included yesterday's holiday). Now I'm unable to understand what to do because they just will give me nonsense information, on top of being extremely rude. If I knew their modus operandi, I would have gone straight to the RCMP for my fingerprints. Avoid this place.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. The lady with the accent has to have the worst personality and attitude I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I do not recommend anyone going there ever.

Overall very good service. I did my RCMP and FBI checks here. The girl answered all of my questions and explained very well the process. They also did my FBI check here, filled out the forms for me. Excellent service, strongly recommend

Yes, it's far from Downtown, but it's worth it. Very quick, punctual, knowledgeable. They speak multiple languages and the location is easy to find on the second floor of the mall 5 minutes away from the metro station. Special thanks to Tatiana.
