GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE:I needed a new screen protector on my phone. They were sold out of the thin film so I opted for another type. When I got home I realized that it was too thick and wouldn't let me use my fingerprints on the phone. Although I took it back 2 days later without a receipt, they took it back and refunded me fully. I had the film put on and noticed while walking around the mall that it was slighted raised in the corner. They replaced it immediately and without any hassle.Good experience

I never write reviews, but I thought this was ridiculous.I broke my screen and got it repaired here.Within a week, the screen cracked randomly from the home button. The phone was not dropped or anything.Brought it in expecting them to redo the screen, but was told I had to repay for a new one.100% do not recommend.

Took my iphone in for a screen replacement, they replaced with a very cheap screen that sticks out unevenly. Constant notification on the phone now saying the screen is after market and it randomly stops working (touch wise) the screen also is terrible in image quality.

I have used Fone 11 often before.I bought a battery for an old phone at this store and also did a screen protector.This time, I bought two wallet case for a new phone and also did a screen protector.The owner was broad-minded and kind.In particular, the staff explained well and were more friendly.Above all, sell things honestly.I used it once at the store right next to it before, but the store cheated the customer and overcharged it.I would strongly recommend Fone 11.

I got my Apple Watch screen replaced by these guys 2 months ago, screen was working great for a week or 2, I put on a tight dress shirt and when I put my arm through the sleeve i heard something hit the floor, it was my watch’s screen! Closer expectation you can see where they didn’t glue the screen to the watch, I went back to get my screen replaced again and it’s been more then 2.5 weeks without hearing anything back from them. I will not be coming back here after/if I get my watch back,

Best service in town! I’ve been to Fone 11 couple times and purchased my phone cases and AirPod cases there. They have a lot of choices on these accessories. The products always have great quality with reasonable price.

DO NOT leave your device to them!!! They don’t fix in front of you. The Asian guy said that he needs to keep the device for few days to repair. They took authentic parts from my ipad and replaced with an after market piece. I thought they couldn’t fix it after I found the screen wired…after a while, another store checked my iPad and told me the screen was replace with a aftermarket cheap piece. I purchased it from apple store and never sent to anywhere before they kept it to fix over few days.

The guy who installed my screen protector did not clean my phone screen before installation so there are lint and dusts trapped under the screen, with lots of air bubbles near the camera portion of the phone.Not to mention the screen protector that they sold me had a super yellow tint and you could just tell that it was bad quality. I wish I had just bought a screen protector and installed it on my own instead of wasting time and money at this place. Really disappointed...

I always go to this place when I need my phone fixed or a screen protector replacement. Customer service and prices are great. Definitely recommend their lifetime warranty for screen protectors.

i had my iphone 11 broken recently . went to apple store , the sales rep told me to fix it its 200 plus. he then referred me to fone eleven, and the technician ( Gavin ) was super nice and fixed for less then half of what apple store charge. The screen works perfectly fine, and i am very happy about their service.
