I was looking around for an organic mattress and David was knowledgeable, answering the many questions I had. I did not feel pressured to buy, and was impressed/surprised with the amazing customer service! I love that the bed I bought was made in Canada. I am really happy with my purchase and was impressed with the experience Luxurious Beds and Linens provided. I highly recommend this store!

I had my first experience with Luxurious Beds and Linens yesterday and I have to say it will not be my last!!! Ashley and Debby assisted me… they listened to my sleep concerns and made wonderful recommendations….I had my best night sleep last night!!! I loved my experience so much that I called Ashley this morning to place another order… again amazing experience and professionalism!!! There is something wonderful about a small business that goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied!!! Thank you ladies for such a great shopping experience!!

From out first phone call to the delivery of our Murphy Cube bed this experience was Awesome!We dealt with Tony at the Toronto store and his help was beyond measure!The bed we wanted was at the Oakville location. Where we dealt with Debby and Ashley. Their help in setting up the delivery date and details was wonderful.Finally the delivery of our cube bed. The fellows who delivered and set up were great! I’m sorry I don’t remember their names but they were a pleasure. Very personable and interesting to chat with. They made sure we knew exact,y how to set the bed up and even walked us through it.All in all working with this Canadian company was a wonderful experience!We just wish we had a second spot for one their product is exceptional!We will be recommending them to all our friends!

Luxurious Beds and Linens
We ordered the Manhattan sleep chest and when we opened the box there was damage. Contacting Tony the next day he quickly sent the report in and had a new bed shipping out a few days later. We just received it today and it’s all set up and we thinks it’s perfect for where we want to put it. My daughter and husband are looking forward to their first sleep in a couple of weeks when they visit. Customer service was great from start to finish.

My husband and I were searching for an organic mattress to purchase in Edmonton and came across Luxurious Beds and Linens. From the moment we walked in the store, Dave the owner was incredibly helpful guiding us into the making the best decision. He was also very knowledgeable about organic beds and their benefits, which we appreciated. We ended up purchasing the Halcyon Arcadia Naturepedic mattress and couldn't be happier. Dave was honest and transparent throughout the process, and we will do business with him and his company again in the future because of this great experience. Highly recommend this local Edmonton company if you're looking for a quality, non-toxic bed!

A very positive experience. We really enjoy our new bed. Dave was very friendly and knowledgable. He was a great help picking out the right bed for us out of the huge selection available. What a difference having a power adjustable bed over a regular flat one. Should have done this years ago. Pricing was better than anywhere else we looked, including other online or warehouse sales companies and does he ever have nice high quality sheets. Smooth as silk.

We purchased our new Daisy cabinet murphy bed from Dave and Brenda and had a great buying experience. They were so friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Dave knew so much information about these type of beds and his competitors and openly shared this with us. We picked it up the same day we saw them. We set it up very easily and are looking forward to trying it out. Overall, the quality and appearance looks great. It seems well built. This will be an guest bed at our cabin.

We bought our first organic mattress from Luxurious beds and linens, and really enjoyed the buying experience in the Edmonton show room. David (the owner) was very knowledgeable on organic beds and linens. He answered all of our questions on foam manufacturing, comparison to other brands, and pricing. Also he was a real business man, providing us a better price than any other on-line shops.At the end, we couldn't be happier, and feel very luck to have David's showroom in town. Thanks a bunch to David & Brenda, for sure we'll be back!
