Bin There Dump That- Markham

Wow. Great service, quick and honest people. They tell you ahead what the minimum cost is going to be and that is exactly what the cost was. I inquired a few places, they are not necessary the cheapest but certainly very professional, quick and bin was delivered within a couple of hours of placing the order. I would certainly use their services again, highly recommended.

Bin was over 3 hours late. I was assured that it would be “there within 40 minutes” when I called to inquire. Was advised 2 times that an “owner” would call back to address the poor service. Call never came. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They came highly recommended and truly disappointed.

After researching multiple bin providers I decided to go with this company. I was hesitant at first since their website did not provide any pricing but I am happy I decided to call them for a quote. They had the perfect sized bin for my needs (6 yards which is not listed on the website), the bin is walk-in, and the price was lower than the competition (which is also not listed on their website).The pricing is flat-rate so there were no additional surprise charges by weight unlike some of the other companies. The pricing was lower compared to the other companies offering flat-rate bins at a smaller size (4 yards).What really impressed me though was their customer service. From the rep on the phone to the person picking up the bin, everybody was very courteous and friendly. I called in to extend the rental for 1 day, and they decided to give it to me at no charge since they were closed on Sunday and the following day was a holiday so I ended up having it for 3 additional days at no charge.If there is anything this company can improve on is their website. It sells them short on the quality of service they actually provide. If you are in need of a bin rental, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I like their service.1) The bin was delivered to me on time2) No need too much time to book the bin. Perfectly one day before you need the bin.3) They placed some woods under the bin. It is very considerate because the wood could protect the driveway and avoid it would be damaged by heavy bin.4) I like this company the most is their invoice. It is very clear. No hidden charge. They also attached the weight of the bin measured by waste depot. I used the other company before which I couldn’t find out the weight or charges from their invoice clearly.5) If this company can offer bigger size bin (bigger than 20 yard), that will be great.I definitely would recommend this company to my friends and I’m sure will use their service again.

Amazing experience. From ordering the bin right to pick up. It was fast and easy. Customer service was the best. Answered all my questions. Even gave tips on how to load the bin. Very satisfied. Defiantly going with them again when I need a bin.
