I came here after my original mechanic got super busy and I needed work completed, as the vehicle wasn’t safe to drive.Jack and his team were able to accommodate me the next day and they did a terrific job fixing my vehicle. They provide me with multiple options to choose from and it was smooth sailing from beginning to the end.I tried getting an appointment recently and they also got super busy now, and I ended up going back to my original mechanic as he had openings. Regardless, I will without hesitation trust any vehicle with Jim and the team. Thanks again and I’m sure I’ll be back.

I can't begin to tell you how great this organization is. Automation Inc. has been our mechanic for over a decade and I have nothing but good things to say about this Automotive repair garage. The customer service is always exceptional, all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Jack is the owner of the garage and he only hires the best mechanics to work on your vehicles. They service and maintain all my personal vehicles along with my landscape fleet. trucks, trailers etc. He personally cares about you and your vehicle and will do anything to make your experience with him pleasant and memorable. I was recommended to Jack at Automation Auto by a friend who has been getting his cars fixed there for over 20 years. Now I understand why. Great service. Simple process. Bonus, the interior was just as clean as when I dropped off the car! That can't be said of many (most?) auto repair shops. Keep up the good work.

Jack and his team are the best. He only charges what he says we will, gets the work completed when promised, and always give the best advice. If you do not want to be ripped off, get the work done with Jack.

Regret going here, Poor quality brake job, not worth the almost 4k invoice. Constant squeaking when braking, new rotors look worse than my old ones.

I have been coming to Automation for almost 20 years. Jack & his team are excellent at what they do. My BMWs are always in top shape.
