Niagara Canine Conditioning Centre

The conditioning center and everyone who works there have been awesome so far, me and my dog are continuing to go for appointments. Dr. Evers is amazing and very thorough, I do not hesitate in thinking if my dog is getting the best care possible. Their client care specialist, Marcia is always so kind and helpful as well. All around a fantastic experience for both me and my dog.

My three year old dog, Kenobi, was suffering from intense pain due to neck injury. My vet prescribed several anti inflammatory and pain killing medications but his condition wasn't getting any better so she referred us to the Niagara Canine Conditioning Centre. I couldn't be happier that she did! The staff are all wonderful! The facility bright and clean. Dr Keri Evers treated Kenobi and from the first appointment her love for her patients was evident. Our initial consultation was extremely thorough and the examination the most extensive I've ever witnessed. She administered laser therapy, acupuncture and massage. The cost was incredibly affordable. After only 4 treatments my boy is back to his happy bouncy self, no longer screaming and panting in pain. I highly recommend this wonderful facility. I am the owner and head surgeon at Upper Canada Animal Hospital in Niagara on the Lake. We routinely perform orthopaedic surgeries on pets from throughout Ontario and Up State New York as well as the Niagara Region. We refer patients on a regular basis to the NCCC for post surgical rehab, as alternatives to surgery and for improved quality of life issues for conditions involving poor mobility due to soft tissue strains as well as arthritis.All of the staff are incredibly competent and caring. The clients that I refer have nothing but positive comments.One of my own dogs, Blue, was seen by Barbara Lee who managed him through a very severe back problem. Our 1 yr old pup Chewbacca was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and we started bringing our boy right away for treatment to strengthen and help with pain relief which is leading up to his surgery and I have all the confidence that the team at NCCC will be a vital part of the rehabilitation after surgery to get our beautiful boy healthy and pain free. Brought my 16y old cat in after my veterinarian noted a decreasing range of motion in his hind limbs, and some muscle wasting. We started the senior program, once a week for a month, and are now assessing how often he should go in on a long-term basis.Incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism! You can tell the staff not only truly care about your pets, but they also have the experience and the knowledge to help them get back to living their best lives. My boy is now jumping up on the bed like he used to, and is playing like he did years ago. My greatest thanks go out to everyone at the Niagara Canine Conditioning Centre and I look forward to seeing them again this week!

Our tri-pawd boxer went for her first assessment and we were just amazed at the quality of care given to our girl. Barbara and her staff are very knowledgeable and they set up a personalized treatment plan for our Stevie Nicks. We have no doubt that Stevies issues will be resolved

NCCC and all of their staff have been amazing to work with. I was referred to them through my vet after my rescue golden retriever was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. We have worked with most of their staff over the last year and you can tell how much they care about the animals they help and the work that they do. My dog has progressed well and loves going to NCCC for his treatments. The pool is a bonus!

Before coming to canine conditioning I didn't know canine rehabilitation existed. I wish I new sooner I would have tried to pro sue a career in this field.My 4.5 Year old dog Harvey had an FHO (Hip surgery) Keri, Claire, Michelle have been awesome! Keri set up all exercise on an app which is super helpful so I can work with him at home too. He's getting better and better every dayThe center is clean and all the staff are very friendly, I would 100% Recommend, expensive but worth it!

I’m very happy to say my dog Emma, has fully recovered from a partial ACL injury with the help of Dr. Evers and her attentive staff. Dr. Evers carefully devised a therapy plan specifically for Emma’s injury, and after attending weekly therapy sessions Emma is now back to enjoying her daily walks again. Thank you, Dr. Evers!
