We have had our vehicles serviced at this dealership for a number of years and have found them to be straightforward, reputable and helpful. In particular Service representative Steve Nolan has been excellent to deal with!In addition, we recently traded a vehicle and found there sales department to be first class. I had a poor experience at another Audi dealership so decided to bring both of my Audis here for service. First off, the welcoming and professionalism by this dealership was fantastic. The employee that checked in the vehicle in the drive through was fantastic (I didn't catch his name!). Constant communication from Stephen Ball about the status of the vehicle (first one) was amazing. When I picked up the vehicle, I saw it in the lot cleaned and backed in ready to go. All the front end service staff were friendly, courteous and professional. This is something I feel has dropped off in this industry but Audi Waterloo blew it out of the park. I won't mention the other dealership I went to, but gave them a fitting review. Even if this dealership is a bit out of your way for servicing, I recommend using them. They offer and pay for their local taxi company to drop you off and pick you up free of charge! After my first experience I brought my other Audi to them, and will be purchasing my next there as well.I can't express how happy I am to find a dealership who treats their customers like customers, and not just a number.

We purchased a Q7 from an out of town dealer and registered it in Kitchener with Steve Nolan. So courteous and patient to deal with as I asked a ton of questions. I can highly recommend Audi K-W and Brand Specialist Eric Rummell who helped me with the purchase of my 2019 Audi A5, which was re-conditioned to like-new.I received wonderful care during my two visits to Audi K–W. Eric was knowledgeable, informative and sincere. He made sure to speak to me and not just to my male companion (which happens to women far too often!)Eric took the time on both evenings to make me feel comfortable about my decision and comfortable in the car. I went there to say hi to my husband as he’s working there. Receptionist was really nice and friendly. She offered for drink and show us the game for my son so we can wait for my history there. Very nice and beautiful atmosphere

Just picked up the family transportation, 2023 Q5 Sportback. Martin was exceptional! His understanding and patience was amazing. Between him and Taylor, the service was fantastic and the turn around time on point. Martin is truly an asset to Audi KW, and Taylor is a solid manager. Thank you Audi KW for replacing our family car after our previous car was stolen right out of our driveway!!!

Had an excellent experience, I saw the car I wanted in the morning online. I made an appointment online and Ben was kind enough to reach out to me an hour before the show room opened! A no pressure environment where the focus was on the solutions I needed and wanted. I left with a smile on my face and a rare A5 six speed! Martin was such a fabulous Sales Rep. at Audi KW. from the moment we walked in he was so kind and helpful and it didn’t take long after my first test drive that I decided to purchase my first Audi Q5. I had recently been in a pretty serious car accident, and my former SUV, which was pretty much brand new at the time was written off. I decided I wanted to try something different and not only did I love the way the Q5 drove, but the service experience was top notch compared to what I had dealt with in a previous luxury SUV. Martin made the whole process so enjoyable. He answered any questions we had, and made the process so smooth from start to finish. He followed up with us to ensure that we were happy with our vehicle and reassured us that he was there any time we had questions. We truly felt like we were welcomed into the Audi family, and all the other staff that helped with the process when we arrived on the day to pick up our vehicle were so friendly.
