I've been to quite a few weddings where I needed to rent an outfit. I recently went here for another wedding. This place was by FAR the worst wedding rental Experiance I've had. It took several hours to be fitted the first time and when we came back for the final fitting before renting so many things were incorrect and had to be altered. In fairness, they were relatively quick during this part, but they also had 4 staff working together at this point. Also if you need a refund for any reason, they are unable to simply refund your card. I'm sure people have had great Experiances here, but I won't be recommending a single person I know to rent anything from here.

I have been looking for a face mask for a while, wanted a cloth mask that I could wash and reuse. I came across Derks website and liked what I saw. I initially ordered two masks and liked them so much that I ordered three more(in different colors). I like that the site shows how to measure your face for a proper fit and the amount of different colors available. I was in touch with Kelsey about my order and his response was quick and even though the conversation was by email he seemed to be friendly. I actually emailed him to ask where I could post a review and my question was quickly answered. I would definitely recommend buying a mask from Derks Uniform.

I am getting married July 23, so my groomsmen and I decided to check out a few places around the city for rentals, or possibly purchasing. We were serviced so well as soon as all 7 of us showed up. Sandra took measurements and was very accommodating to all the different colors of suits we wanted to try on. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go anywhere else but Derks. They are a local Edmonton company, and their prices were more competitive than the other stores we looked at. Because the pricing was so fair, we actually decided to buy, versus renting suits. Thanks Derks!

I sent my wife there to purchase suits for both my sons. The sales guy was great the female manager not so much. The female manager and sales guy argued about tailoring so we left. We tried to shop local but not today. Went to Moores in south Edmonton to spend our $2200.

First time I've been here it was odd at first because I had a woman who helped me get fitted for a suit for my brother's wedding told me she didn't have the color for the my sized while my brother 2 other groomsmen got fitted for their suit with the colours. It didn't feel like she knew what she was doing because she kept asking this other gentleman for help non stop. Later on the gentleman took care of my suit jacket fitting and he was much more helpful than her.

Unfortunately our experience with Derks has been a negative and stressful one and we would not recommend renting suits from this company. Not only were there sizing issues, Derks double charged one of our groomsmen for his suit after we had already paid for all the suits in full a while back. It has been a nightmare trying to get refunded for a mistake on Derks part. After multiple phone calls to multiple people from different levels of management we still have not received a refund from head office. It has been 2 months dealing with this and I have a feeling we will never see our money back. At this point we are not sure what else to do other then to warn people to avoid this company and it's horrible customer service.

Little to no communication after placing online order with Derks Uniform for boots ordered over 2 weeks ago. No tracking or updates via email. I had to call 3 times, with a promise of being called back when they were not busy each time, until I was finally able to speak to someone. Was told my order was being shipped from Europe directly from manufacture and would take another 4 weeks. What?? What’s the point of ordering boots from you, a local retailer, if you’re literally just placing my order with the manufacturer overseas? I could have done that myself. I unfortunately had to cancel my order due to needing these boots for work sooner than that timeline given and Derks was very accommodating for that + the refund.Please update your website to express what you do versus do not currently have in stock and if I’m paying $20 for shipping alone… and it’s THAT delayed, it would be appreciated to be updated accordingly. I’m usually a advocate for Derks, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

Dealt with Derks for our wedding. Just a headache experience from beginning to end. Miscommunication, (thanks for returning all my phone calls guys haha) confusion and broken promises. Suits looked great in the end. But I was stressed about it until the 11th hour.

Service was great. Got us in last minute for a uniform fitting that needed to be done quick quick. Lily was amazing, very personable and effective. Highly recommend going to see her and Dirk's here.
