Got in touch with company in messenger. Wanted to buy network cable. Scheduled to meet in 11 minutes, got phone from company rep. Came to the place in time. Called company representative, they said that they expected me in 25 minutes (why?) And said that they will call me back. I waited for another 30 minutes. Sent them message in chat, they didn't respond (although they saw my message). I called them again- no response.Inappropriate behavior.If you guys have a problem with my order it could be discussed and explained, we are all the people.Very bad client service.You say that it's Sunday. Ok , sometimes we work on Sunday. You didn't say that you do me a favor,I don't know your schedule. If it's your day off you could say that, no problem. I could find another supplier.You say that you called me 5 times? Ok, you called me AFTER I left bad review. I was driving to another supplier and couldn't respond.Again, the problem is how you treat your customers. I tried to get in touch with you 3 times, but I was ignored.
